Liberty Creek Stables LLC Is owned and run by Elisabeth Seale Davis. Elisabeth has been working with people and horses all of her life. In 1995, Elisabeth, her dad & 2 siblings worked at Camp Tejas, Giddings, TX with a horse program... providing trail rides, lessons, pony rides & playdays for the Tejas guests. In 2000, a move to a different camp forced the Seales to sell most all of the horses and

equipment. In 2005 She started teaching riding lessons and training some of her own horses and eventually built up a full fledge horse program at Camp Winchester. She took her CHA certified riding instructor for levels 1 & 2 Western & level 1 English in 2008. Elisabeth is an knowledgeable rider and capable trainer. She uses gentle methods and gains a horse's trust and respect. She specializes in colt starting and tune ups, but does finishing as well. She is a favorite among her students, patient with the younger students, letting them go slow until they are confident; and can give more able students enough to keep them learning and becoming better riders every time.

❣️Camp Registration Tips❣️

We simplified sign up this year so you just need to fill out a few questions and pay the deposit to save your spot. If you have more than one child, add them one at a time to your cart and pay together. A full registration form will be sent to you by email a month prior to Camp. ☺️

1. Select the camp for your first child, add their name & age info and parent’s name & contact info. If you need to do additional children, do them one at a time and add them to the cart.
2. After you’ve completed that step, click on the Cart to Checkout.
3. You do not need to create an account, you can check out as a Guest. Payment options are credit card (with a small credit card fee) or select Cash for Venmo to Elisabeth - .
4. If paying with Venmo, please submit your deposit quickly to secure your spots.
5. If you don’t get a spot right away, contact Elisabeth Davis to get on the waitlist. 512-517-9892

💛This pretty girl needs a new home! Trail and obstacles are her strong suit but she’s done a bit of everything. She does her best with a confident rider but as you can see is quiet enough to tote kids around lead line. Mid-low x,### 💛

Week 3! 2-3 sets of: •Reverse lunges 8-10 each leg •Walk outs x10 •Pick one more exercise from a previous week Leg swings Step ups Calf raises Russian twist Keep at it y’all!!

Equestrian Exercise challenge Week 2: Do leg swings for warm up then.. 3 sets of: • calf raises x20 •Russian twist x20 •Step ups x10

These are the recommended reps but if needed you can do less. On the Russian twist, don’t forget to lean back to engage your core. Let me know if you have questions!

Week 1: •Leg swings -front to back 10x each leg -Across 10x each leg •Step ups 10x each leg These should be done 5 days a week. Work up to 3 sets of each. The goal for your Step ups should be at least a 90 degree angle or taller but if that is challenging, in the beginning, start small and work up. We all be adding 2 new exercises every week!

Our equestrian exercise challenge starts next week!! We will have a 30 day challenge, a 60 day and a 90 day. I’ll have an incentive at the end of each challenge. 🥰 The goal is to help students improve their riding by giving them exercises they can do at home between lessons! Exercises should be done 5x a week and should take only 10 minutes. The moves will target strength and mobility that will transfer right back into the saddle and help you feel your best when you ride! 💪🏼 *Disclaimer* Your trainer has a hard time being serious in front of the camera so bear with me. 🙈🤣**I do not own the rights to this song**
