Some of our horses made the news during our week of winter weather!

Just a couple of the dozens of photos that you all dropped off in the comments and my inbox.

Here are a couple of Catherine Campbell's horses in Cedar Creek dealing with the winter storm on Tuesday. Other than finding out that frozen water is hard to drink, all 30 horses made it through with flying colors.

Cedar Creek Saddle Club is the dream of Central Texas native Catherine Campbell. Growing up in South Austin, Catherine was a dedicated Barn Rat for many years. Beginning her career as a hard working, Working Student in 1998, Catherine never missed a day at the barn. Her horse adventures have taken her all over the US in the last 21 years as she has, continued education and ridden horses of all ages and disciplines. Catherine’s dream has always been to provide a place where horses and owners can be happy and productive. Cedar Creek Saddle Club is this place. After years managing farms, riding programs, Children’s programs and Camps, University of Texas Informal Riding classes, Career programs with Texas School for the Deaf, AISD and much much more, Catherine has opened Cedar Creek Saddle Club in hopes of providing a safe, fun place for riders of all ages to grow, love, laugh and find fulfillment with the horses she holds so close to her heart. Catherine is dedicated to Western Dressage and offers Training and Schooling Show - International level show opportunities for students and horses.
