The August meeting of the Waterloo Kennel Club will be held next Tuesday August 13th at 6:30pm at Gateway Park in Cedar Falls. (You may want to bring a chair if we aren’t able to use the shelter.)

Instead of our regular monthly meeting for July, the Club will be meeting at the new Bremer County Fairgrounds site tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6:30 p.m.

We will be meeting with some members of the fair board to tour the building they have erected, learn about the rest of the fairgrounds plans and ask questions.

Waverly went to the dogs last weekend. Or, rather, the dogs went to Waverly.

We will NOT be holding a meeting this week.

Instead, our June meeting will be held NEXT week on Tuesday night. We will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Lookout Park in Cedar Falls.

We can go over the ups and downs of our 2024 show, discuss future classes and looking ahead to next years show.

Day 2 and our Waterloo Kennel Club Dog Show 2024 is a wrap. Thank you to each entry, vendor, judge, and volunteer who helped make it a success! Congrats to all the amazing dogs and safe travels home everyone. We hope to see you again at our 2025 show!

Update: winners have been drawn and notified! Thanks for supporting our local club and Retrieving Freedom, Inc.!

Our wagon raffle continues today and tomorrow until 9!! Two wagons filled to the brim with food, drinks, treats and $100 from Royal Canin each and lots more! Tickets are $5 each or 5/$20 set up in the blue building by the kitchen, vendors and restrooms.

This six-week session will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30pm starting April 16th. $75 for new students and $40 for returning students for the six weeks.
