Notice to all our customers.
Social distancing has always been and will continue to be part of our routine business practice. We have never condoned group play or open boarding. Not only is it unsafe, but it is completely unsanitary. We provide individual quarters in our boarding, daycare and salon areas. All pets are able to see and hear other dogs and staff so there is no feeling of isolation. This establishment was started in 1947, and there is a reason it is still thriving today. We know how to care for dogs!! We also offer individual obedience and puppy training lessons in our 3200 square foot open air training arena. Plenty of room for human social distancing. Call today for an appointment or better yet come in to see for yourself 🐾.

Starting Monday April 27th we are happy to announce we will be reopening!
The state of NJ has declared pet grooming and boarding as essential businesses. We will be available for grooming, daycare and boarding.

HAL WHEELER'S IS CLOSED DURING THE COVID 19 CRISIS

Governor Murphy has ordered the closure of certain nonessential businesses, specifically retail pet grooming and pet boarding until further notice. We are still able to sell pet supplies. Information is available on state website NJ.govcovid19. Scroll down to business then to business operation restrictions to keep informed.

We will reopen when restrictions are lifted and is safe and LEGAL to do so.
