When you think of giving for Giving Day this year, please consider giving to your history; giving to the memory of your furry and feathered friends; consider giving to the Cedar Hill Pet Cemetery.

Your funds go toward the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery through all seasons. To continue to make it a peaceful place to visit and lean into your happy memories of times before the Rainbow Bridge. Help us to maintain and improve while maintaining history. Thank you for all of your support, we couldn’t do it without you!

To all veterans whether two- or four-legged.

To all veterans whether two- or four-legged.

Today is Veterans Day, a day to honor all those who have served our country, alive or passed, in war and peacetime. Today, do not forget to thank a veteran, write a letter, or send a package to a veteran who is in a hospital or home. Consider visiting or volunteering to help a veteran, attend a veterans day event, and please participate in the national two minutes of silence for our veterans. Remember also, that service animals are veterans too! Let us honor them by wearing a purple poppy pin, alongside the traditional red poppy honoring veterans, as a reminder that service animals fought alongside the people of our military, and those who lost their lives in service for our freedom.
