Very exciting news! 🤩

We want to introduce everyone to Nattasha! Nattasha will be joining the Fluffy Butts fam bam starting next week! Nattasha has 3 years experience grooming furry friends of all sizes and breeds! We are so excited for her to join us and we know you all will adore her just as much as we do! Nattasha is such a compassionate girl, giving each pet the very best experience they could have.

We will be opening up our schedule to accommodate Nattasha. Spots are already limited since moving some things around. With that said, we are accepting NEW clients to add onto Nattasha’s schedule only. Please feel free to send your peeps and their pets to us! 🐾🐾

We will return all messages during business hours so please be patient with us. ☺️

With that said, we are still looking to hire one more full time groomer!

We weren’t going to say anything publicly on this topic but we’ve always been one to put your pets 1st. We, as I’m sure most of you have, seen the post circulating here on fb about a local salon neglecting the health and wellbeing of a sweet old pup. Who neglected to notice this boy, Zeek, was not feeling his best. This is unacceptable. We have always had and will continue to have open communication with our clients about their pets. When we voice our concerns to you about them it’s because we genuinely care. We love your pets like our own. We cry when we get the news they’ve passed away, or have a cancer diagnosis, have to have an eye removed, have to have emergency surgery, have to have lumps and bumps removed, are losing weight, going blind, losing their balance due to old age, incontinence issues, have a toe removed, ear infection, skin infections etc. We pray when they have to have dental work done. We cry. We grieve with you. We get sad. It’s because we care. When we say pets need to be picked up in a timely manner it’s because we care about your pets. Your pets may love coming to see us but they’ve spent an hour or two with us and would much rather go home right when they’re done, to their safe space. When we say we can’t finish a groom it’s not because we are lazy, it’s because we are doing what’s best for your pet and their needs. When we say it’s time to do a comfort groom on your pet it’s because it’s what’s best for your pet. When we suggest a shaved face or shaved ears it’s because it’s what’s best for your pet. When we recommend a dental with your vet for your pet it’s because we care about your pet and their health. All this said we want to thank everyone for trusting us with your fur babies for all these years and we hope you continue to. We would also like everyone to send some positive vibes and healing thoughts and prayers to Zeek’s family as they navigate this difficult time. 🤍
