Hi WisePup followers! 🐱🐶
We just wanted to update you all on a few things. We have not been able to upload pet photos for a couple of months now, as there has been a glitch every time we attempt it. I know you all love seeing these, so we haven't stopped trying!
Return clients: if you haven't set up appointments for at least the next 6 months, we recommend doing so ASAP. Most have been booking for the rest of the year to secure their spots, and the schedule has filled up rapidly.
New client inquiries: we have temporarily halted accepting new clients, but will resume again this Spring. If you are interested, we have been adding all new inquiries to our first to contact wait-list. This can be done by filling out the intake form on our website www.wisepupgroom.com and sending a text to Marissa at 515-357-3556 asking to be added to the list.
We do not require clients to be home for their appointment, in fact, most aren't! They hide a key, give us a garage code, or remotely open the door for us. This is called latch-key service. It's not only convenient for you, but we can move along with appointments seamlessly!
As a reminder, the best way to reach us is by email ([email protected]) or texting Marissa (515-357-3556). We typically do not answer phone calls as it's difficult to speak on the phone while working on a groom. Please do not use Facebook messenger. It's not reliable, and we do not always receive message notifications.
