Our team is a skilled group of professionals and we know how to most effectively and efficiently offer the high-quality services we do.
Keeping this in mind, we are asking clients picking up or bringing animals to our clinic to please come at the appropriate time. Our parking lot is not large enough to accommodate everyone who is picking up animals and dropping off animals at the same time.
Each morning we open our doors at 6:45 am and begin checking out cats from the previous day's surgeries. Typically we have 30 - 40 cats to check out and we know that takes about 30 minutes. If you are checking in a cat, please do not arrive before 7:15 am or after 7:50 am. If you are checking in a dog, please do not arrive before 7:45 am or after 8:30 am.
🐱The only exception to this is individuals who are picking up and dropping off cats at the same time. We would recommend arriving at 7 am and filling out your admission form for the new cat, while waiting in the pick-up line to pick up your cat from the previous day.

Please see our current guidelines for community cats:
● Each client is permitted to drop-off 1 community cat per day(Monday through Thursday) from 7:15 AM to 10 AM without an appointment (mandatory ear-tip)
● Pick-up will be the following morning at 6:45 AM
● We are asking clients to call our clinic to schedule an appointment if:
•You are traveling a long distance
•Have numerous cats that need spay/neutered
•Need to bring in more than 1 cat per day
•Cat lives outdoors but is friendly and you’re able to pick it up

These are common questions we get in our lobby every morning as we check-in animals for their spay/neuter procedures. Even when we feel like we are having a slow morning, guests are intruiged and impressed with the number of animals we can offer high-quality, affordable sterilization procedures to.
In 2019, IHA Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic was open for surgery 243 days and averaged 41 surgeries per day. With our expansion we are hoping to increase our daily surgery capacity to meet the growing need.
