Back to work today, feeling good. Still.on 20lbs restrictions per Physicians orders glad the temperatures are above 25° to have van not freeze.

Getting back to work this week since the weather is cooperating and I'm feeling much better. Still under Physicians care only allowed 20 lb restrictions. I will be contacting some of you to get your dogs groomed. If you haven't heard from me please call.

It's been a very difficult year after numerous surgeries to repair the multiple perforations caused by a routine colonoscopy.

Improving everyday. Trying to get back to grooming with only 20 lbs dogs just not in these cold temperatures. Need to be 25° or better with this yellow van because pipes are underneath van and exposes to the elements.

Thank you to my clients who have seen me through this unpredictable and rough journey. This morning is surgery day and praying this will be the last and final stage that started 6 months to the day from a routine colonoscopy. As in the immortal words of Arnold "I'll be back". Thank you for your continue thoughts and prayers. I pray I will be able to get back to perhaps a slow start back the end of January. Have a great and wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Operation humpty dumpty is almost complete.

Thank you to everyone for the prayers, cards, flowers and visits, it meant the world to me. I came home from Blodgett Hospital today Thursday October 10th. I'm feeling so much better and I'm determined to stay home and recover. Not over doing it. You all know me so well. I have a better start then last time when I was re-admitted on Friday, October 4, 2024.

You have no idea the blessings and prayers were exactly what I needed. Thank you to all my thoughtful friends and clients. Your understanding and consideration has been immeasurable. Thank you Melanie Jensen for the visit and gift of body lotion, white chocolate bars and chapstick that I desperately needed.Thank you Deb Tiemeyer for the African Violet planter with purple buttflies. Dawn McDonald for the gift card. I'm so lucky to have the best clients ever!!! Couldn't have done this without your support. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

In a few weeks I will be back to my usual routine. I have one more surgery to face that is to put me back together In December my Christmas gift. Your very own humpty dumpty.

Good morning, friends and clients. I'm undergoing major abdominal surgery on Monday to repair complications from a colonoscopy. I want to take this moment to express my love and care for all of you. We rarely say it enough. I'll be hospitalized at Blodgett for a few days and welcome prayers for the surgeon and a smooth recovery. This Sunday is the first day of fall; I've seen the seasons changing with fading Golden Rod and vibrant tree colors. Noticing my first wooly caterpillar ( black with rich chestnut brown band) reminded me to appreciate God's blessings, especially during harvest and the holidays.

I was discharged from St Mary's Trinity Health today after 10 days. I am home resting. I had this great idea I would be jumping in my van tomorrow and grooming dogs, fortunately I'm listening to my body, it decided it's not a great idea. My abdomen is still very tender and sore. Can't get my jeans on, please be patient as I continue from a colonoscopy gone so wrong causing perforation and an abcess. I need to heal and will be back to grooming real soon.
