Yellow Pony LLC is a Hunter/Jumper lesson, training, and showing facility operating out of Rein Dance Farm LLC, conveniently located in beautiful, historical Cedarburg Wisconsin. Amenities include a heated 180' x 80' heated indoor arena, 250' x 125' all weather footing outdoor arena, 11 huge grass paddocks/pastures, 10' x 12' and 13' x 12' box stalls, all in a beautiful farm setting with a family

After taking a break to start a family, Mary Skarsten (formerly Jacobson) is excited to be back at Rein Dance Farm. (Now Yellow Pony LLC) Mary rode and trained for Rein Dance from 1998 through 2006. As a child, Mary grew up on a farm riding and showing in 4-H on the local circuit. She started riding with owner Chris Lagan at age 17 and after several years of working as a student, coaching and training at the local level, she found her home at Rein Dance Farm. Now that Mary has returned, she is ready to continue doing what she does best, taking riders from the Short Stirrup ring to the next level. Whether your goals are from the Ponies to Children's Hunter, Jr. Hunters, Equitation Medals or the Jumpers, Mary has done them all. Working with ponies are her specialty and she will admit she is slightly obsessed with them. Several students that started and rode in the program with Mary at Rein Dance went on to become successful professionals and colleagues in the Hunter/Jumper world. No one is more familiar with the program at Rein Dance/Yellow Pony than Mary. Her passion and understanding of both horse and rider will help continue building the well-rounded family atmosphere.

Alisa Proefrock

Alisa Proefrock has returned to Rein Dance Farm after a 3-year move out of state and is happy to resume her training and coaching duties again. Formerly Alisa Bernhard, she was an integral part of the Rein Dance program both professionally and also riding as a long time student under the owner, Chris Lagan's guidance, she progressed her from an 8 year old, horse-crazy kid to an accomplished and well-rounded Amateur rider. The now 33 year old, has been training professionally for over 9 years and now brings her skills back to Rein Dance Farm. She has racked up numerous wins across the country showing predominantly on the USEF, AQHA & APHA circuits with multiple horses. Her most crowning achievements include winning many AQHA & APHA World Championships, AQHA Congress Championships and year end High-Point Titles in a variety of classes. Alisa's Paint Horse, Fleetstreet Max was chosen to be a 2010 Breyer Horse Model based on the many accomplishments and World Records she and Max won together. Alisa specializes in Hunt Seat, Working Hunter and Equitation for all levels, paying special attention to flat work and emphasizing a good strong foundation for both horse and rider. She has valuable experience in horse sales and leases and matches riders with their most ideal horse. Alisa rides in a soft and positive manor for the horses, and helps riders learn through confidence, feel and FUN!

Stephanie Bartley

Having grown up with horses in her backyard, Stephanie was bitten by the horse bug at a very young age. She started showing in 4-H and open shows, and later switched to jumping and dressage, competing through Training level in eventing. Enjoying all aspects of caring for the horse, Stephanie has worked for different barns, and been a working student, picking up more knowledge along the way.

Stephanie enjoys continuing to learn while training her current horse, Buddy, in jumping and dressage. She enjoys teaching riders correct basics so they have a strong foundation and are well rounded horsemen, both in and out of the saddle.
