I still have dogs loving these healthy summer treats....

A couple of healthy options for the pups who like ice cubes for a summer treat. Easy on their teeth, too.

Frozen bone broth and frozen yogurt drops (no sugar added to this yogurt)...a few with a blueberry dropped in the middle. 😋

Taking a little quiet time after feeding everyone breakfast this morning, I had a few moments to myself, enjoying the sound of the water fountain. Next thing I know I have these 3 little monkeys join me.

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase doggie blanket.

Big shout out to a wonderful woman named Anne, who asked if I needed help when the big old boy I was walking along his property line seemed suddenly unable to walk.

I can't express enough how helpful it was not to be alone in the very instant I needed help. So grateful for those who jump in where needed with a helpful heart.

Thought I was gonna lose this guy, but he decided today was not his day. Took him a little while, but when his veterinarian arrived we got him up again, and he walked!!

Thanks Dr. Tom from Hilltop Veterinary Services ! A great veterinary service that comes to the home.

Once I could see he was getting around on his own again, I couldn't help but wonder...how long into our wait for Dr. Tom's arrival did this sweet boy know he COULD walk, but just didn't bother to let me know so I would keep doting over him.
Yeah, he is that smart and sassy. So glad he's sticking around a while longer. Love that boy.

When you're the only dog here, and you're stuck inside because it's just raining too darn hard, there's nothing left to do but look adorable. {{{sigh}}}

Hmmm. You left out the part about getting extra belly rubs, exclusive snuggles, all the toys to yourself, and endless playtime.
Just sayin'.

But you do look completely adorable. 💕

We're happy to take care of any cat so they can stay home instead of being boarded somewhere. I think the one universal feeling that could be given cats is they'd rather stay home than be kept in a strange place without their people.

What I mean by "any cat" is some can be easier to keep company with than others, and we can take on the more challenging situations, without judgement.

We have experience in administering fluids & medications, dealing with ornery cats, & cats we may never even get to see. They're not required to be thrilled to see us, but it is always fun when they are. Like this precious girl, who loved getting all the attention she could get. She had the sweetest way of letting me know she didn't want me to stop loving her up; just reaching out for my hand to say, "More pets please". ❤️🥰
