This pup was just trying to talk his cat into playing with him, and she was having none of it. He hasn't learned how to regulate himself to cat-sized play yet, so she's instructing him.

I chuckled as it reminded me of when I was a kid and my brother would tease me. We would be chasing, wrestling, whatever, and I'd want to stop so I'd tell him to quit. And instead of leaving me alone he'd start waving his hands in front of my face, wriggling his fingers but not touching me, laughing at my frustration and saying, "The air is free! The air is free!"

If I'd only had claws like this cat~ 😏😜
