I am completely over all the heavy handed punishment trainers that don’t know how to use anything but a shock collar and prong. You are destroying perfectly wonderful dogs from lack of education. And I don’t want to hear, there is a thoughtful way to use them. Clients can barely say yes and give a treat or toy at the right time. How could someone ethically put these tools in a dog owners hand. The dog world needs some serious change, and dogs are suffering everyday because of it.

Relationship and trust mean everything to me in training. I miss my girl so much. The one thing that I made sure I developed with her was trust. She knew that I would always look out for her best interest and never hurt her. She would always have a gentle hand and clear communication from me.

Luna is now in her new home. Saying goodbye is always the hardest part when you foster. But knowing she will be with a family that will give her all the love she deserves, makes my heart smile. The name change of my company is now official. Pup Vibes Inc! A huge focus will be on the early socialization of puppies. Mui Mui was my inspiration to become a trainer. I will make her proud and continue on this journey to spread humane and gentle training. Walking into that shelter in Singapore over 10 years ago and seeing Mui Mui changed my world. She brought me to my life purpose. Forever in my heart and thankful. ❤️❤️

When one of your Brooklyn dogs moves to Switzerland. Can I come?? 😬 Switzerland is so advanced with the humane treatment of animals during training. The emotional and physical well being of a dog is a priority there. Shock collars, prongs, and choke chains are banned. What a dream! ❤️

There are days in the training world when I lose some faith in humanity. Two calls today back to back wanting consultations. The previous trainer had put shock collars on the 4 month old puppies. These are babies! This is the time that they should be learning good things about the world. Please be your dogs advocate. These families did the correct thing by calling in professionals. Too bad there are no regulations in the training field and unfortunately they did not get a professional.

High Five for June! June has come so far in puppy class. When she first started she was nervous of the sounds, sights and people. We worked very slowly and each week she began to trust a little more. Now she runs in ready to have fun, learn and greet everyone with her warm wiggle. ❤️
