National Catio Day! 😺

What is a Catio? A Catio is an outdoor enclosure designed to provide cats with a secure and enjoyable outdoor experience. The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) suggests that a safe indoor/outdoor living arrangement is best for cats, and a well-designed Catio can meet this requirement.

Why is brushing your pet's teeth so important? 🪥

Brushing your pet's teeth will help prevent plaque and tartar buildup that may result in periodontal disease.
According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, "Periodontal disease is the most common dental condition in dogs and cats – by the time your pet is 3 years old, he or she will very likely have some early evidence of periodontal disease, which will worsen as your pet grows older if effective preventive measures aren’t taken".
