*URGENT* *URGENT* *URGENT*

Due to circumstances beyond my control, DJ's Grooming Parlor will be temporarily closed this week, beginning tomorrow Monday 5/15/23 through next Tuesday 5/23/23.
My father passed away unexpectedly this morning.
I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

PS: BEFORE EVERYONE STARTS ASKING ME WHEN I CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR DOGS.... honest answer is im not sure when, or if, but I'll certainly try.
Upon my return, I will contact those who were impacted with rescheduling options.
I will do my very best to re-accommodate your appointments.

Please bare with me while I navigate through this difficult time of grief with my family.

Serious talk: it is predicted that this year is going to be a "bad tick year". With that being said, I'm already seeing tick infested dogs. If your dog comes in and is covered in ticks, I'm sending it back home because it means your dog hasn't had a preventative treatment. I cannot put other dogs at risk. There is no way around this rule.

Due to my already full schedule until September, I regret to announce that at this time, I cannot take on any more new clients. I am genuinely humbled that my services are in such high demand, but taking on more clients will yield in not being able to keep standing clients on a rotating schedule. This is a problem as I take great pride in my work and would not like to spead myself too thin and be forced to offer less value to my clients.
I will re-evaluate my client list at the beginning of the new year, and ask potential new clients to check back then.

Paw pads!
(Sorry the video isn't centeted)
Make sure your groomer is shaving your dog's paw pads. Besides it becoming painful if the hair begins to mat, it's also an allergen magnet!
Wondering why you pet is obsessesivly licking it's paws this time of year? It's most Llikely due to pollen and allergens they're tracking around in the excess hair around their feet. A quick wiping of their paws after a walk also helps minimize the seasonal discomfort.

It's true what they say... Time flies when you're having fun.
Today marks one year that DJ's Grooming Parlor's doors opened.
I've put my heart, mind, body and soul into my parlor, and into every single groom I've preformed. I will wholeheartedly continue to do just that.
The overwhelming amount of gratitude I genuinely have for all of you cannot be put into words. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You!
