From his rescue advocate: Koa is an amazing 4-month-old puppy who is looking for love. He and his two sisters, also deaf, were rescued from a breeder who was not willing to work with them. Koa has no idea that he is missing anything! He is eager to learn and he loves to play wrestle with his siblings.
