Good afternoon fine folks and furbabies..
Looks like this lady groomer will be back to work at least part time to start on Tuesday January 14th. IV infusions, medications, physical therapy and occupational therapy have helped tremendously. My medical team is optimistic that I will continue to strengthen within returning to my normal daily duties. I am looking forward to being back to work to provide spa days for our littles. To start off hours will be 8am to 1pm Tuesday thru Friday.

I would like to thank each and every one of my valued clients for the outpouring of love, compassion and understanding with the sudden impact of my health.
This means more to me than you could ever know.. over the last 6 weeks I have had clients bring meals to my home, send flowers and cards and have offered to help with anything I may need. I am so humbled and grateful to have such wonderful people in my life. I know having to close the salon completely for the time being is a big inconvenience to all of you and our furbabies. The only update I have at this moment after my appointment today is that I will be able to return to work after we get some medications on track and get my infusion therapy began. However I will not be able to work 10 to 15 hours a day as I have been. I am going to have to slow down considerably. Pampered Paws will still be here, it just may be a few months before I can begin again.
As many of you know there is no quit in this lady but at this time I have to take a break as my Dr has ordered otherwise I will not be able to do the job I love and be around the furbabies and people I love.
I just cannot express enough how grateful I am and blessed in so many ways for all of you

An Update for all my fine folks and furbabies.
After another unexpected trip to the hospital yesterday and doctor’s orders…
Pampered Paws is unfortunately CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
When I have medical clearance I will be back to work.
I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience. I am truly grateful for everyone’s understanding during all of this.
I miss all of you and your furbabies terribly.

A lot of you already know 1 or all of these ladies however please allow me to introduce them properly. From Left to right…Rebecca my niece that has been grooming for 7 yrs and has worked for me for the last 3 yrs during the summer and weekends, Danielle who interned with me over the summer and will be opening her own salon in the future in Madison, this young lady works on weekends as needed and will become my salon Manager/groomer beginning May 2025, Last but not least. Miss Kathy who has been with me for 2 years and she does all the bathing and any chores that need completed during the business day and keeps me grounded on most days ☺️😉
These three ladies are extraordinary and I am so blessed to have them as the Ladies of Pampered Paws. As changes take place in the near future please be patient and allow them the benifit of the doubt as they are adapting to the changes along with myself and all of you.
I cannot say enough how blessed I am to have a fantastic team to work with.
Ladies I may not say it enough but never doubt how valued you are and how much I appreciate all of you

Hello my fine folks and furbabies..
I cannot say enough how much I miss everyone.
This is just a bit of an update on changes to come.
It has been suggested to me by my physicians to retire. Well that is not going to happen, however I must slow down as my heath depends on it.
Beginning today I am teaching and training two young ladies, one of which will take over the day to day grooming and business duties beginning in May 2025. I will be calling in a few babies for Saturday grooms for the next few months so that these two extremely amazing young ladies learn all of our furbabies and clients and you may get to know them.
I will reopen in January with limited hours. I will only be open on Monday and Tuesday and one Friday per month. Hours will be 8am to 3pm( there will be no exceptions). Beginning in May we will be open more days as I will have Danielle,Rebecca and Kathy here to handle the salon. These 3 ladies have my complete trust with my babies as well as yours.
Unfortunately I will never be able to do everything as I did before this unexpected health issue but I will still be here with an amazing trio of ladies to help me.
Unfortunately we will be cutting some of our big dogs from the schedule. As the hours will be changed to shorter business days and there are some that take a whole day to do on their own. I will contact clients individually regarding this issue.
I appreciate all of your support and patience with all of the recent issues and I apologize for any inconvenience.
Pampered Paws will remain here for you and your babies. We are going on 5 years and without all of you my dream would not be reality.

Just an update for my Fine folks and precious furbabies..
Currently I am home. I have a lot of adjustments to make and changes to get used to that I never thought I have to endure. I have an amazing support system including my wonderful husband, my daughter, my sisters, my niece, a few awesome friends and my amazing clients.
I will be posting updates in the coming days of changes that will occur at the salon. I have a lot to adjust to and am thinking hard on how to make it all work. As of now the only update I have is that Pampered Paws will be closed for the remainder of 2024 with the exception of when I have someone to assist me I will be calling some in just a few at a time as my physical abilities allow me to.
From the bottom of my heart I love each and every one of you and I am so grateful for everyone. Pampered Paws would not exist without all of you and your support.
Thank you for your continued patience as I adjust and endure this difficult health task.

Attention Valued Clients and furbabies
It is official that Pampered Paws will be closed for the next several weeks.
I will reopen on December 2nd. If you follow this page please let me know that you have gotten this notification. I’m making phone calls to those that I know do not have fb and messaging folks as well. If you have December appointments already scheduled those will be upheld. Other appointments I will get caught up as soon as I am back to work. There is also a notice posted on the salon door.
I apologize for any inconvenience and I look forward to being back to all of you and our furbabies in December.

Attention Valued Clients and Furbabies..
Due to an unexpected medical emergency, your Lady Groomer will be out of commission for a little while. Please no questions at this time as I am in the hospital and undetermined as to when I will be home. Hopefully it won’t be long. With this situation I unfortunately will be closing the salon for the next 30 days. I will need some time to recover and get some strength back. In the upcoming days myself or someone that I designate will be calling each client scheduled as well. I will be back to work as soon as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I understand that some may go to another groomer while I’m out of the salon and I completely understand. I will have everyone rescheduled as soon as possible.
Again I apologize for any inconvenience, and I will miss all of you during the next month.

Tomorrow Monday October 6th my day may be a little off on time line . I will be in for all of my drop off times but may run a bit behind getting everyone finished.
I have to make sure to have my husband at his designated point in the morning as he leaves for Georgia for disaster relief following the devastation of Hurricane Helene. I ask for your patience with me tomorrow and the upcoming days.

Attention All Clients…

Today y’all have a furious Lady Groomer..
I have addressed this issue before and it is now becoming a problem again..
NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANY FURTHER..
As I came in a bit early for a 7:30am drop off just to have a No Show as well as 4 other No Shows.
When you have an appointment and can’t make it or do not want to keep it for whatever reason at least have the common courtesy and respect to make a phone call or send a message.
This does not only affect me and my business but also my employees that show up for work and have no work to do just to turn around and drive back home.
So now I’m making further changes to the NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY.
No longer will it be paying for the missed appt and current appt. If you NOCALL NO SHOW you will no longer have me as your groomer. In the coming weeks I will be changing the schedule to a 3 day work week. I apologize for any inconvenience the may cause for my clients that have respect.

Good Morning fine folks and furbabies, with an appointment of multiple pups from the same house hold rescheduling leaving just one on the schedule today, I have rescheduled that one and will be CLOSED TODAY September 30th. I’m going to take a personal day. See everyone tomorrow
