Hank wants to remind everyone that Thanksgiving is coming up soon and that the clinic will be CLOSED for Thanksgiving day (11/28/24).
The clinic will be back open the next day at normal business hours!
Hank also wants to remind everyone that even when our pets look so cute licking their lips and begging for those tasty dinner scraps, a lot of those foods can make our pets sick!
Here are some food to avoid giving to our pets during Thanksgiving.

1. Turkey- Including dark meat anything raw or undercooked ,skin and BONES.
2. Pie or other desserts. Especially chocolate!
3. Garlic, onions, leeks and chives.
4. Bread rolls.
5. Ham and sausage.
6. Mashed potatoes and gravy.

If you are concerned your pet has eaten something they shouldn’t, please call the ANIMAL POSION CONTROL CENTER 888-426-4435 or the OYLPMIA PET EMERGENCY 360-455-5155

Have a safe and wonderful November!
Cascade West Veterinary Team and Family.
