‼️ HELP WANTED: SHOW PREP SPECIALISTS ‼️

Do you have experience with setting up for horse shows or have you wanted to learn more behind the scenes?
We are looking for a few hard-working and enthusiastic people to help us with show preparation on Thursdays and Fridays on a recurring basis in order to provide a better and more professional show experience for our competitors. Compensation varies from $17-20/hour based on experience:

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
-Setting up dressage arenas
-Setting hunter and jumper courses with guidance
-W**d Trimming & Pulling, and lawn mowing
-Painting
-General cleanup
-Whatever the horse show requires! (that is safe and within your abilities; if you need to learn, we will teach you if you have the right attitude! We are a working farm and show facility; specific tasks vary weekly at times

**Experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.**

🌟PRESS RELEASE: CVF HEAD TRAINER & DIRECTOR OF HORSEMANSHIP🌟

Chagrin Falls, Ohio—Monday, July 29th, 2024 — Chagrin Valley Farms is excited to announce Aubrey Fait as our permanent Head Trainer & Director of Horsemanship, taking the reins from Joy Lambert who has held the position this summer in an interim capacity.

Aubrey is a professional hunter/jumper trainer and instructor with a proven track record of building, growing, and managing high revenue-producing lesson programs, coaching students to success at top national shows, and matching clients to horses in pursuit of their goals. She has guided clients from their first pony to their first Pony Finals, and from their first horse to their first International Hunter Derby.

Not only is she passionate about helping her students grow and meet their goals, but she also has the experience necessary to chart their paths to success. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to take clients to major shows and finals across the country, including venues like Saugerties, Kentucky Horse Park, Ocala, Chicago, Aiken, and Devon, to name a few, and has coached students successfully from the local level through the “AA” rated level.

At Chagrin Valley Farms, Aubrey will oversee the evolution of our riding and horsemanship curriculum with a goal of making the CVF Riding Academy the top foundational riding academy program in the region, as well as the launch of our national level competition program, and our Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) and Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) programs. She is also a passionate supporter of the Pony Club mission and will help us continue to grow that program to produce well-rounded and well educated young horsemen and horsewomen.

THE INTERSCHOLASTIC EQUESTRIAN ASSOCIATION IS COMING TO CVF!⭐

We are excited to announce that, beginning this fall, we will be launching a number of new programs at CVF, including a new Interscholastic Equestrian Association team for our 4th-12th grade students! The IEA gives equestrian students the opportunity to participate in a team-based equestrian sport, whether or not students own their own horses!

Program Highlights:
📌 Riders in Grades 4-12.
📌 Hunt Seat discipline only.
📌 Horse ownership not required!
📌 Junior Education Members (non-riding).
📌 Middle School Teams – Grades 4-8.
📌 Upper School Teams – Grades 9-12.
📌 Teams consist of 3 to 40 riders in the same age group (Middle or Upper) and a coach.
📌 Riders of all experience levels from Beginner Walk-Trot to Varsity Open.
📌 Show season runs August – June.
