A good riding helmet is your best friend! Not only does it protect you, but it can also help you feel more secure and confident while riding. Make sure to replace your helmet if it’s been involved in any accidents or after 5 years of use. Safety first, always! 👒

Horses can sleep both standing up and lying down! 💤
They have a special mechanism in their legs called the “stay apparatus” that allows them to lock their knees while standing, which helps them rest without falling over. Pretty impressive, right?

That’s a wrap for our summer camp of 2024☀️🐴 Thank you to our summer camp trainer Ileah and all of the volunteers for making the summer camp of 2024 so special! 💖

Chagrin Valley Riding Academy students participated in a mounted games clinic with the Tri-State Pony Club Region this spring and our students and horses learned a ton! Bold riding, de-sensitizing horses, and having fun!

About Us

Built in 1982, Chagrin Valley Farms is located on 85 acres in Bainbridge Twp., Ohio. The facility includes 75,000-square-feet under roof including two heated indoor riding arenas. The Farm also has four outdoor rings, pastures, and trails. Purchased by the Schneider family in 2017, the Farm has undergone major renovations. Chagrin Valley Farms has been instrumental in developing new horses and riders through riding lesson programs for all ages and abilities, summer camp programs for youth aged 5 to 16, and hosting horse shows for every level of competitor.
