To continue providing the best care for your pets and supporting our dedicated grooming team, we’ve made a few important updates:
1️⃣ Pricing Adjustments: The previous owner updated our pricing to reflect current industry standards and the rising cost of living—a change we fully support to ensure the quality service your pets deserve.
2️⃣ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will now be charged the full cost of the scheduled service before rebooking. This helps us respect our groomers' time and accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.
3️⃣ Appointments Only (Except Nail Trims): We’re no longer accepting walk-ins, except for nail trims. All other services will require an appointment to help us provide the best, most efficient care.
