It's take your cat to work day! Over the years AAC has had quite a few clinic cats. Even though we don't currently have one roaming the exam rooms, it's been wonderful having these furry coworkers. They're there when the staff needs a laugh, a cuddle when they're having a bad day, and helps with lunch plate inspection just in case we missed a crumb. Does anyone else have a kitty coworker? It's Caturday! Did you know it's Adopt-A-Cat Month? Cats offer companionship, unconditional love, entertainment, affection and let's not forget the toe beans and the muffin making! If you are interested in adding a cat to your family Rescue Village has some wonderful cats and kittens available. Rescue Villavge is open this weekend from 12-4PM. Some even have sponsored adoption fees! Best Father's Day gift ever!

Come to Rescue Village to complete an adoption form, meet with an adoption counselor, and learn about our same day adoptions.

It's National Rescue Dog Day! It's estimated that 3.1 million dogs are surrendered to shelters every year. Unfortunately, ~400,000 shelter dogs are euthanized due to overcrowding, budgetary constraints, and lack of interest from potential adopters. When you adopt you save a life! Today we had a special friend visit! This lovely fellow is named Moose and he helped the staff learn about new sedation medications. Moose’s dad, Tim, works for Dechra US and got to be his ride along buddy! Our staff gave him some much deserved love and a few bites of their lunches. It was great having Moose and his Dad at the clinic today!
