What a way to spend a Friday night! Trumpeter attended the Brave Horse Circuit awards banquet!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were CHAMPIONS of the Children’s Hunters 14& under!

Dolphin Blue and Lindsey/Eilah were CHAMPIONS of the Green Hunters 3’3”-3’9”!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were CHAMPIONS of the Amateur Owner 3’6”!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the 2’6” Baby Green Hunters

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Performance Hunters

Stallone BZ and Lindsey/Anna were 3rd in the Brave Horse 2’6” Hunters

Ciano and Christie were 5th in the .80-.85 Jumpers

Overexaggerator, aka Landon, is a 16.1, 6 year old, TB gelding. His sweet, in your pocket, personality is as laid back as can be.
While Landon can go around with a competent rider easily at 3’ with room to move up, he can also take a joke and be forgiving with a green rider. He has comfortable gaits and an easy jump. At the end of the day all he wants is a hug and a cookie!
Landon has plenty of tri-colors to his name in his short show career and is easy to prep. He loads, hauls, clips, and stands for the farrier like a gentleman.
He can be turned out alone or with others. Likewise, Landon hacks out well in groups or alone, and has trail ridden well with limited experience.
Priced to sell in the low 5s, Landon’s sweet personality makes people fall for him easily. Landon would also be considered for lease to the right situation.

What a great time had by all at Capital Challenge at Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland!

Eilah and Dolphin Blue qualified for the NAL Children’s Hunter Finals! She also dipped her toes and competed in the 3’6” 13-14 Children’s Equitation Division! Eilah was calm, cool and collected at her first finals and we’re definitely impressed and proud of how she handled the pressure.

Stacey and Cornus Alba D’Or competed in the “Wisest” Amateur Owner Division. She had lovely rounds and her young horse held his own at his first huge, elite show.

Lindsey and Dolphin Blue competed in the 3’3” Greens. They laid down some solid rounds and had some scores in the 80s.

All in all riders and horses learned lots and had great opportunities at this elite competition. They’ve already begun to set goals for next season’s finals! Thanks Pat for all the training to get your riders and horses prepped and ready!

OPHA Triple Point Show at CVF was a great end to summer for our horses and riders!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS in the Very Greens and RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the 2’6” USHJA division! They also tried a 2’9” class and WON 🥇!

Overexaggerator and Kelly were CHAMPIONS in the 2’3” Non-Professional division! They also had top placings in the 2’3” USHJA division!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Jr/Amateur Owner division! They also won 🥇 the Ariat medal and won 🥇 the Adult Equitation on the Flat!

Ciano and Christie were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Intermediate Child/Adult Jumper division! They were also 2nd 🥈 in their Classic!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah put in top rounds in the Children’s Hunters! They also had beautiful trips in the Greens and they placed 2nd 🥈 in the Children’s Equitation on the Flat!

We’re proud of our team and can’t wait for our next adventure!

Better late than never! A week ago we attended WPaPHA Horse Show hosted by CVF. We always love this show because the people are so fantastic!

Overexaggerator and Kelly were CHAMPIONS in the Combined Non Pro Hunter and the 2’3” Non Professional Hunters! (2 separate divisions!)

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS of the USHJA 2’6” division! They also put in great efforts in the Very Green division.

Ciano and Christie were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the USHJA .90m Jumpers!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey WON 🥇 the Ariat Medal! They also had super rounds in the combined Jr/Ao 3’3”-3’6” Division, winning 🥇 the hack!

Congrats to all our competitors! Next stop Brave Horse!

In the height of Trumpeter Stables vacation season, a small entourage travelled to Chicago for the HITS Show! They’ve returned and with beautiful photos!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Younger Children’s division! Eilah was 2nd 🥈 in the THIS Medal! Dolphin and Eilah were also members of the RESERVE CHAMPION HUNTER TEAM CHALLENGE!

Ciano and Christie were in top ribbons in the .80s and .90 Jumper Divisions. Winning in a large class! They were also 6th in their Classic!

We’re back in action next weekend at CVF for the WPaPHA Show! See you there!

We had a great Opening Weekend at CVHJC!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were CHAMPIONS of the Jr/AO Division, 1rst 🥇 in the Jr/AO Classic and WINNER of the 3’ Hunter Derby!!

Westeros and Jessie were CHAMPIONS of the Adult Hunters and RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the 3’ Special Hunters!

Deluxe and Victoria were CHAMPIONS of the 3’ Special Hunters and put in great rounds in the Adult Hunters!

Ruby Slippers and Julia were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Pre-Limit Rider Division and 8th in their first Hunter Derby!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah had great trips in the Children’s Hunters, winning top places. They were also second in their Classic! Eilah was second in the Fox Smith Medal as well!

Overexaggerator and Kelly put in great rides in their divisions and had a great time back since January! They’re ready to conquer rated week!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey had solid trips in the very greens, earning them some great placings!

We look forward to another great week here at CVHJC!

Our Trumpeter Team had a successful Brave Horse V horse show!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were CHAMPIONS of the combined Jr/Amateur Owner division! They also WON the National Hunter Derby! Stacey also won the Ariat medal.

Deluxe and Victoria were CHAMPIONS of the Adult Hunters and were 3rd in the combined Child/Adult Classic!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Children’s Hunters. They WON the combined Child/Adult Classic! Eilah was also 3rd in the THIS medal. Dolphin was also RESERVE CHAMPION of the Performance Hunters!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS in the Baby Greens.

Stallone BZ and Anna put in amazing rounds in the Brave Horse 2’6” division and the Low Adult division, earning several nice placings!

We are very proud of our riders and look forward to 2 weeks of CVHJC at CVF!

Trumpeter Stables had a great time at Brave Horse III!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah had an amazing week! They were CHAMPIONS of the Children’s Hunters. 3rd in their Classic. And 5th in the National Hunter Derby out of a large field! Dolphin Blue was also RESERVE CHAMPION of the combined 3’3”-3’9” Green Division!

Ciano and Christie were CHAMPIONS of the .80-.85 USHJA Outreach Jumpers, winning 🥇 2 of their classes!

Chryseis Z and Lindsey were CHAMPIONS of the USHJA 2’3” and moved up to the 2’6” Baby Greens!

Deluxe and Victoria were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the USHJA 2’9” and RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Modified Child/Adult 2’9” Hunters! They also won 🥇 their Classic!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of the Jr/Amateur Owner Division and 2nd 🥈 in their Classic! Stacey also won the Ariat medal with a score of 84!

We’re so proud of all our horses and riders! And can’t wait to return to Brave Horse at the end of the month!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were Champions of the Amateur Owner Hunters, Reserve Champions of the Performance Hunters, and 🥇 first in the A/O Classic!

Overexaggerator and Kelly were CHAMPIONS of the Limit Rider division! Overexaggerator was also RESERVE CHAMPION in the Baby Green division!

Zanzibar 74 and Cassie were CHAMPIONS of the 1.10 JR/AM jumpers and 2nd in her Classic!

Ciano and Christie were RESERVE CHAMPIONS of their jumper division!

Dolphin Blue and Eilah put in great rides in a competitive Children’s division and was 3RD in her combined C/A classic!

Sunday Funday at WEC!

Trumpeter showed up at WEC! We had a great week with lots of firsts and great memories! Here’s the rundown:

Stallone BZ, owned by Anna Rabets, moved up to the 3’ and was CHAMPION with Lindsey in the Non-TB hunters!

Dolphin Blue competed his first WEC and he and Eilah scored a brilliant 82 during their Children’s Hunter Classic!

Circee de Valmont Z and Shana competed in the Novice and Low Children’s jumpers. They were 2nd in their Classic!

Zanzibar 74 and Cassie competed in the Novice and Low Adult jumpers. They were 3rd and 5th in their Classics!

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey competed in their first hunter WEC show. They were 9th in Nonpro Derby with a first round score of 85! They also WON the Ariat medal and put in great rounds in the Amateur Owner division.

Cornus Alba D’Or and Stacey were CHAMPIONS of the A/O hunters and CHAMPIONS of the combined Performance hunters!

Zanzibar 74 and Cassie were CHAMPIONS of the Low C/A jumpers!

Dolphin Blue was RESERVE CHAMPION of the combined Green hunters! Dolphin and Eilah also had a fabulous showing in the combined C/A hunters and was 5th in their Classic!

Ruby Slippers and Gianna had a great show in the Limit rider and Short stirrup divisions! Gianna also WON the Outreach Medal class!

Ciano and Christie were super handy in the Intermediate C/A jumpers!
