Hello everyone, hopefully you had a good holiday! With the new year here i will be reposting/ reinforcing my policies. Everyone will get a paper as soon as i get them all printed, please be sure to thoroughly read this post or the handout you’ll be receiving.

No call no shows will be charged half the groom and you will need to make a deposit (towards your next groom) before I schedule you again for the first time. The second time I cannot put you back on the schedule, my time is very valuable and when you no show i am losing money.

A late fee will be in place, 15$ extra will be charged for anything over 5 minutes late after 15 minutes i will no longer be able to do your dog and it will be marked a no show. Again my time is valuable and as i am by appointment only i need to have enough time to get my other clients after done as their time is very important as well.

Pick up is to be at or shortly after completion of the groom unless discussed before hand. Undisclosed late pick ups will be charged a late fee. Not all dogs are friendly or able to be groomed with others.

Matted dogs will be shaved in a 7 (very short) no exceptions and a fee will be applied. If your dog is heavily matted multiple times the length between your appointments will need shortened or you will be asked to go elsewhere. I do not offer dematting, it is uncomfortable and can be very painful for the dog. No I cannot “just brush it out” Matting can be extremely dangerous, painful and harmful for your pup. It is also very hard on my equipment. If you need help/ tips on upkeep i am more then happy to help you!

Double coated dogs, poodles and poodle mixes will need to be on no more then an 8 week schedule 4-6 weeks however is preferred to ensure your pet is getting the proper care needed and keeping their coats in good shape. Some exceptions for certain pups. If you do not wish to follow this scheduling unfortunately I cannot keep you on the books. A schedule keeps your pup happy and comfortable at my shop.

Rescheduling needs to be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. If not a no show fee for half the groom will be required before i can reschedule you. I need to have enough of a heads up in order to call someone else in to fill your spot if not given enough time i cannot get anyone to fill that spot and lose money.

All cleints need to have their pups up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick prevention. If your dog comes in with fleas i will need proof of prevention before rescheduling as well as a flea fee. Other dogs are constantly in and out as well as my own dogs, i cannot risk sending fleas home with someone.

I do NOT offer dematting, a**l gland expression, or tooth brushing/scaling.

I am no longer taking new clients at this time. I would love to be able to take everyone but unfortunately i am only one person and theres not enough time in my already very busy day.
