Bark And Run Dog Training will be offering agility fun runs Wednesday, January 1st at 10am-12pm.

Here’s how it works:
Handlers will reserve a slot by pre-paying and pre-registering. Each slot is two runs (2 minutes per run). Handlers with multiple dogs may choose to reserve more than one slot or divide the 2 runs amongst their dogs accordingly.
There will be a master standard course (all Clip & Go Agility Contacts) with a nested novice course. Handlers can choose to run whatever they would like during their time.

Please fill out the registration, sign the waiver and pre-pay. Slots will only be held when registration, waiver and payment have been received.

The nested standard courses and running order will be sent out before the fun run.

Hi Everyone,

I’m considering offering another online pre-sports class which could start at the end of November and go through the beginning of January. It would be 6 lessons with 8 weeks of class. So there would be a holiday break to catch up. Here’s the pre-sports class description:

This class is for dogs that are ready to start their journey into the sport world or dogs that are looking to fill in some foundation holes or polish up on some skills.
In this class we will work on: engagement, focus, ready to work protocol, start button behaviors, ring sustainable rewards, location marker specific cues, confidence building exercises, pattern games, stationing, handling errors and foundation exercises for specific sports.

There would be a private facebook group for this class that each week lesson with video examples will be posted in. The online students will be able to ask questions and submit their homework videos. All videos need to be edited and 2 minutes or less per topic. Each student would be a participant in the class. Students will need to keep up with the class and submit videos of their homework to be considering moving on into other classes offered in-person. The skills do not need to be finished or polished but rather the dog has a good reinforcement history of the skill and understands what is being asked of them.
