I have operated this business for over 15 years and have NEVER gotten a complaint over how I treated my boarders. My concern is always for the well-being and care of the pets that are placed into my care.
As a pet owner myself of well over 40 years, I completely understand how precious our pets are and that they are our cherished family members. Because of that, I operate my pet lodge to the highest standard of care.
It is unfortunate in this case that recommendations I had offered were not considered which I believe lead to an undesirable outcome. I am sorry that you feel the way that you do concerning the services I have offered and sincerely hope that you can find another lodge that better serves the needs of your dogs.

I would also like to ask those of you that have not used my services to refrain from making comments. Only those that have utilized my services should express comments about their experiences be them good or bad.
