I am excited to announce we now have a website again. Please visit us at furrytailschamplin.com...

I don't have online booking, but feel free to give us a call, email or message us to book an appointment. We do still have some spots available next week. From Monday to Wens.

We will be closed Thanksgiving day, Black Friday and that Saturday November 30th. We will reopen Monday December 2nd. Also another reminder we will be closed from December 24th Christmas Eve through January 5th, reopening Monday January 6th. Hope everyone has a GREAT holiday season!!!

Good Morning Families!!! We are approaching the Holidays FAST... We still have openings before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some of the girls have added days to accommodate the grooming needs. Also with in the next week or so we will have a new website up and running. There will be things we will tweak here and there but you will be able to request information through the website, look at some of our before and after pictures, see testimonials and explore services we offer. Hoping some new changes will come in the next up coming year.

Good Morning Families...

Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween. Jacque managed to have almost 300 kids stop by her house for trick or treats!!! How did everyone else do?

As we move closer to the colder weather and the Holidays. Remember we don't always have to do haircuts for your pets. But at least coming in for nails in between appointments or even for a bath, nails and a little clean up helps to keep skin and coat feeling healthy and it keep them on their routine. A Bath/Trim up service still includes nail trimming, pad shave, sanitary trim, double bath, conditioner/condoning spray, blow dry, brush and rounding feet and freshen up the face, leaving body length. We also move into longer haircuts this time of year as well so it is important to get some of those things done in between to prevent matting or hot spots/skin issues. Also inquire about some of our walk in services. We do currently still have some appointments open for next week starting Monday through November 4th thru November 9th. Give us a call or PM for an appointment.

Last but not least sometimes the holiday season is big for families to add new pets to the family. Remember to so your research. Feel free to call grooming salons and ask about pricing on a certain breed, ask questions about haircuts and when they would recommend to get a puppy in for grooming. All pricing is based on breed, type of haircut (length, condition of coat etc.) if you choose to do add ons, temperament or the special needs of your pet. We prefer sooner rather than later to bring puppies in for first bath, nails, pads, eyes, sanitary. Train them a little on the process. That way they wont fear coming in for future appointments.

If you have a "special needs pup" meaning age, if it fears grooming, has been kicked from shop to shop. Please feel free to inquire about how we handle each situation. We try our best to give every pet a chance to feel their best!!!

Good Morning Families!!! As we creep closer and closer to the colder weather we are starting to work on "Winter Cuts". Start thinking about getting your pup in for a grooming. Things to remember we don't always have to do a full haircut. We can do a Bath/Trim which includes nail clipping, pad shaving, sanitary trim, double bath, conditioner, leave on conditioning spray, blow dry, brush out, clean up face and an all over trim. To help keep their coats and skin healthy during the dry months ahead. So even if you feel like your pup isn't ready for a full cut schedule a bath/trim with us!

We do have openings this week and next as well. We also still have a few left before Thanksgiving!!!

Last thing we will also have our new website up and running soon. So if anyone has pictures they would like to share for the website please feel free to send them via messenger or to [email protected] and share a story if you would like!!!

Good Morning Families Happy October 1st. Jacques favorite month of the year!!! We still have some openings this week. A couple today, tomorrow and even next week.

Good Morning Families...

Hope Fall has started well!!!

We have had a few cancellations for this week... We have a few for today and tomorrow and one 2 pm left for Saturday. Next week we have appointments available as well.

Also start thinking of your holiday appointments. A few of us are already full for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The open appointments are going fast!!!

Hope the first week of School went well... We still have some openings this week and next. Since we hired a new Groomer we don't have to wait weeks and weeks. Rachel is fitting in VERY well. She is great to the dogs and their families ( almost don't know she is new to our shop)... We are looking forward to having her long term!!!

Good Morning Families,

Its State Fair week... Anyone excited to go? I am looking forward to going. What is everyone's favorite fair food or thing to do? I love Cheese on a Stick and People watching...

We still have some openings this week. Starting tomorrow thru Thursday and one available on Saturday. We slow down just a little this time of year since we have the State Fair, School starts soon so there is school shopping and last min. vacations before the Holiday's hit... Good Morning Families...

GREAT news we have added a new team member to our shop. Her name is Rachel. She has been grooming for about 7 years and she is going to make an ASWEOME fit here at Furry Tails. She will start out 4 days a week and her first day is August 12th. This means we will be open on Monday's again!!! If you need to make an appointment, move one up or are a new client looking for a groomer give us a call 763.421.2822.

Just a few reminders... We still have our No Show/Late Cancellations policies in place. First offense it a warning, 2nd is 50% of groom to be paid, 3rd will be PRE PAYMENT no refund it the appointment is no showed. With the late cancellations there are exceptions but we ask to try to cancel with in 24 hours of your appointment. To give us time to refill that spot. We still have a card usage fee but there is a small discount for using cash or check. We can give you a total when we call to let you know when your pup is ready or at check in.

We are looking forward to this new journey and look forward to keep serving this community!!!

Good Morning Families!!! We are have phone troubles today. Can't call out and some people are having trouble calling in. CenturyLink is on it. It my not be fixed until tomorrow we will see. Good Morning families...

I know I haven't posted in a while. The shop has been BUSY!!! Just want to give a few reminders or heads up as we move into Graduation season and Summer...

We are currently booked the whole month of June and July. We are almost booked the month of August as well. But remember we can always add you to a cancellation list. We do get people cancel a lot of need to move an appointment. I am hiring another groomer. She will be with us VERY part time. So that will open up some slots for pups to get in. I will keep everyone posted to the days we choose.

I also want to remind everyone of our cancellation/no show policy. IF you need to cancel an appointment and are able to please try to do so with in 24 hours (we totally understand life happens at times). The sooner we know the more time we have fill that spot. If you cancel last min. or no show an appointment. We give a first time warning. The 2nd time will be pre pay of half the service, the 3rd time will be prepay for entire service. After the 3rd offense we will require pre payment for entire service with no refund it there is a no show or late cancellation. This will require a card on file or we will ask when the appointment is made. Again we understand life happens and some things are out of our control.
