Happy Monday Morning! 30 days into the new year! We hope this year has been nothing but amazing for all of our clients and furry friends! Last week, we picked up our truck from the repair shop, good as new!! We are waiting for our new trailer to be finished in Dallas, Texas in the next week or so π€πΌ until we are given an exact date, the schedule will remain closed to cut down any confusion or need to reschedule. We are still in need of a generator for the new trailer. We can purchase a used one for about $3,000. We are asking for donations at this time, only if you are able, to help with the purchase of a generator. We are excited to get back to work and are looking forward to seeing our furry friends soon! If you would like to donate please do so via cashapp ($alethearae1) venmo (@royalheinies) or zelle ([email protected]). Please make sure to include your name so we can send a personalized thank you.
We appreciate all the love and support we have received during the 3 months since our accident and we look forward to serving you soon!
On November 19th, Ray and I were in a car accident on the freeway. We were both uninjured and doing ok. We really appreciate all the love and support we've received over the last month. This has been a really difficult and frustrating time as we sit idle waiting for the insurance to resolve the matter, but we are thankful that the accident was not more serious and that we were able to walk away unharmed. At this time we are not sure when we will be back in business and we appreciate all of your patience as we wait to see what the future has in store for us. I can not express how grateful we are for the support from the local grooming community we have received here in Arizona. Please support them in return by booking an appointment to get your pets groomed as we wait for a new mobile unit

This was a fun and very educational class. Malinda Malone at The Frontline Coalition is an amazing instructor!!!
Maverick and Kaiya. The SWEETEST doggies EVER!!!
Matting severe as this can be extremely painful. We DO NOT brush out matting this severe. It is inhumane to brush a dog's sensitive skin to remove matting. Doing so creates a negative experience for the dog and we always want your pets to feel safe and comfortable while in our care. Cutting out mats can be even more dangerous than a regular haircut. In order to shave out matted fur, we must use short enough blades to go UNDER the matting. The skin is pulled by the matted fur and can be easily knicked or cut. Shaving out matted fur has to be done slowly and carefully to keep the dog comfortable and safe. We recommend daily brushing and combing for all pets. Different breeds have different grooming requirements and we would be happy to show you what they are. If you do not have a slicker brush or metal tooth comb, we do carry those on hand for our clients to have.
We realize, life gets hard and sometimes priorities shift. We do our best to help not harm in any situation.
