Baileys Dry Cutter is a 2018 AQHA buckskin gelding. He stands 14.2 hh on a stick and weighs 1050 lbs. This gelding is so well made and has been a pleasure to ride and train. Cutter is the type you can trail ride one weekend and go show the ranch classes the next. He is a finished trail horse that is safe for all levels of riders with basic horsemanship skills. This gelding crosses water, mud, logs, ditches, etc with ease. Cutter is not spooky or looky and always travels low headed with a one hand neck rein. He was started this year for the ranch classes and is talented with so much potential! This gelding is smart and willing. Cutter bends vertically and laterally and is feather soft. He moves off your seat and leg well. This gelding travels low headed and collected at the walk, trot, extended trot, and canter. This gelding has that old school big b***d, draft cross look that is so hard to find these days. Jackson is a super cool dude that is safe and fun on the trails or in the arena. He has a sweet personality and is the same horse every day. This gelding is a seasoned trail horse that will cross anything you encounter in the woods. Jackson is not spooky or looky and has a nice level head set. He is the type you can ride all day outside and never have to worry. In the arena, he is also a fun ride. Dry Oils Pistol aka Slick is a 14.3 hh 2019 black AQHA gelding. Here is a gentle and safe little gelding that just about anyone can ride! This gelding has done a little bit of everything, including working cattle at the stockyards, trail riding/ overnight camping, and arena work with a focus on ranch riding. He is the one that we put guests and more timid riders on. Slick has been trail ridden a lot and will ride quiet with no spook. This gelding will go through mud, water, over logs, etc without hesitation. Slick stands tied quietly to the trailer or a high line. He’s been on night rides and will get you home safe if you’ve had one too many to drink! He is comfortable working cattle. Slick has a nice walk, trot, canter, stops on whoa, side passes, will turn around good, and has a one hand neck rein. He has a very nice head set, is soft in the mouth, and gives vertically and laterally to the bit. This gelding is the same horse whether ridden every day or once a month. I have never had him buck, bolt, rear, etc. He has been ridden by children as young as five. This gelding has seen the sights at busy horse shows and is great. Slick was started as a 4 yr old due to being slower to mature, so isn’t finished in any particular thing, but is safe, dependable, and is ready for someone to take him and enjoy him in whatever they choose.
