One Dog Arizona is a registered 501 c-3 rescue organization that's main purpose is to save dogs lives by finding them loving forever homes. Please help us.

One Dog Arizona is a 501c-e charitable organization. We save animals from being put to sleep in Arizona shelters. Through constant networking via email, Facebook and adoption events we place them in loving foster homes until they find a permanent home. Our fosters are the best ever! They provide the time and attention these dogs so desperately need--Basic training, good nutrition and lots of love are given to them each day.

Another spay & neuter day completed. 8 dogs had their surgeries today. Which means that 8 less dogs can reproduce and contribute to the pet overpopulation problem.

It’s a long and hard day for us in rescue but, so worth it. Thank you to all the families that brought their dogs to us, this morning so that we could finish up their vet care.

One Dog Arizona does all puppy vaccines, adult dapp too, rabies, heartworm tests, 6 months of heartworm preventative, spay/neuter w/pain injection, & a microchip with all of our adoptions.

The holidays just wouldn’t be the same without a dog or two, or three 🤪
We are so grateful to all of our wonderful families that have given one of our beloved dogs a forever and ever family. We could not do this without you.

There are still a handful of amazing dogs looking for loving homes.
We have some gorgeous large breed puppies. DNA on one of their litter mates came back with 57% Rottie. Now we know why these pups are such teddy bears. Just the cuddliest & sweetest. Both are crate trained. 7 months old. Approx 40-45 lbs.
There are also two Maltipoos. Beautiful adult dogs age 3 and 4. Crate trained, potty trained. Super friendly as Maltipoos usually are. Approx 17/18 lbs but, on a little diet.
We also have a darling 18 month old schnauzzer poodle mix. Just a fun loving boy, that’s ready to wrestle with a kid or two.
And don’t forget our precious little Chiweenie puppies. At just 12 weeks they are darling. And will love you forever & ever.

There has to be someone that wants this gorgeous senior boy! He is so sweet and adores all people. Loves to be cozy and will in fact whine if you don’t give him his dog bed to lie on 🤣
While he doesn’t like cats that’s not entirely his fault. He just prefers less judgmental company. IYKYK.
Apollo does well with most dogs. He’s a nice boy but, a dog intro is required so that everyone is happy. He has mid to low energy and still likes his walks.
His current family loves him and wishes that they could keep him. Unfortunately their baby is highly allergic and struggling with him in the house.
If you all could share his post far & wide let’s find him a safe & loving place to retire too, in his golden years.

This little cutie found his forever & ever family! We could not be happier for this fun loving pup. He has a dad to wrestle with and a mom to snuggle with. And an older sister to show him around.

Such wonderful family dogs. These 6 month old Lab mixes are crate trained now. And would love forever & ever families for the holidays. Are you looking for a darling new pup for you or your family?

Goldie lived with a family with 3 kids under the age of 3yrs old.
She is a lovely girl. Sweet, gentle. Learning her house manners. She is great in her crate and sleeps through the whole night in it.

Chestnut lives with an adult foster family that has large & small breed dogs. And he’s great with everyone! Crate trained and learning his house manners too. Plus he’s been quiet in his crate and sleeps through the night.

These lab mix puppies are such lovely dogs. They will make wonderful hiking, camping, or swimming partners. They both love water. At least in the doggy pools.

These two puppies have been in rescue for awhile. They are the sweetest 6 month old lab mix puppies ever! Absolute loves. Crate trained. Good with all types of other dogs and great with all people. I can’t believe that they haven’t been adopted yet.

What an adorable boy Boo is! Just a doll baby. We are so grateful to Jessica for snapping these darling pics of him too.

Now which lucky family is getting to adopt him?
He needs a home with another friendly dog to hang around with. And if his people work from home or are retired even better! He loves going on walks, and cozying up on the couch.

Oh my heart is so happy for our handsome Pug boy Merlin! You know how much I love this sweet & gentle breed. Now he has two little girls to grow up with. And he’s a great first dog for this darling family. They are all so kind and excited to welcome him home. Except for maybe their beautiful Siamese kitty—who isn’t too thrilled with any of us 🤪

This spunky little girl came into rescue all the way from New Mexico. She is such a beautiful dog, that I wasn’t surprised that her new family fell in love with her at first sight.
She now has a big-big sister and a loving new forever home. She will be loved & adored for the rest of her life.
