Stormy caught in the act.
"The more I get to know Ms Lillie Bleu....the more I take it really personally that some fool thought she was disposable and abandoned her in a cardboard box!! Especially when she was in desperate need of medical attention. This is a super friendly cat. She's a love bug!! Nothing about her is disposable. " - Lillie Bleu's foster mommy
We wanted to share these updated pictures of MADR alumni, "Cookie Monster".
Cookie was pulled from Chicago Animal Care & Control in 2011, and adopted in 2012.
She is living the good life with a new sibling in Florida.
Hope your Valentines Day was hot and heavy!

Torple catches her first ball!
We wanted to share this amazing video of Making A Difference Rescue alumni Torple, aka Dixie also known as Safe Humane ChicagoTuTu.
She has come so far. She loves her mommy and kitty siblings.
"Torple caught her first ball today. Most people may not understand how big of a milestone this is for her. Her past has made it incredibly hard for her to act and play like a normal dog. She may have acted like it was no big deal, but she's come so far and I'm so proud of her!! ❤️❤️"Corinne
UPDATE: Here's a video from the news regarding the court hearing about the POS that threw the two poodles off of the 5th floor parking garage!!

Maddie & Waffles Special Christmas
We have a very special adoption to share this Christmas morning.
A friend of the rescue, Sarah Lauch, contacted us to help rescue a Guinea Pig that had been surrendered to Animal Care and Control. JuJu, now named Waffles, was exactly what Maddie had hoped for.
Her very own rescue.
She is proof positive that you are never too young to Make A Difference!
