We are rolling into some hot summer days! Here's a reminder to keep those pups safe. No walks if pavement is hot! A kiddie pool on grass or a sprinkler would be better exercise. Please leave them at home and not in a hot car. Even with windows cracked, it's still way too hot. Make sure those water bowls are full and limit time outside mid day. We want to keep them comfortable! Please take care of yourselves and stay hydrated!!

Someone I know and love took in a dog with the best of intentions but sadly will need to find her another home. This is a good sweet dog and it isn't due to any behavior issues. Though she doesn't have much training, she is incredibly smart and definitely trainable. I've only seen her a handful of times and she already responds pretty well for me. Sally is only about a year old at most and is suppose to be a Husky Shepherd mix. Please message me privately for more info. I want to ensure this beautiful girl goes to a good home so references will be needed. I don't know how she is with other dogs but did come from a home with other pups at the time. Thank you for helping us get her placed in the right home!

William is currently part of the Joliet Junior College Veterinary Technology Program Adoptions and sadly has not received an application yet for our guy! He is the last cat left from our facility and would love to find a home before returning to the shelter. $50 adoption fee with approved application. 2 different areas this morning had 2 different yellow cats roaming loose that seemed domesticated. Mostly yellow with a little white in Springbrook and yellow and white on rivers edge trail.

Please read. There's little to no difference in dosing between one year and 3 year vaccine. The dog is getting triple the recommended dose if given annual shots as opposed to 3 yr

Rabies vaccine labeling is either one year or three years. Do you know the difference between the two? Is there even one?
