🎓🐾 Maple Graduated Our Advanced Obedience Board & Train! 🐾🎓

Maple came to us because leash walks were anything but enjoyable for mom and dad—lots of pulling and distractions made outings stressful. At home, Maple loved to jump on people (especially her three young human brothers!) and had a habit of grabbing anything she could find, from mittens to counter snacks to leaves outside.

After completing our Advanced Obedience Board & Train program, Maple has made incredible progress! She now walks politely on leash—even around other dogs—relaxes on “place” instead of jumping, and no longer jumps on the kids or helps herself to mittens or food.
We are so proud of Maple and the hard work her family put in!

🎓🐾 Graduation Day for Fizz! 🐾🎓

Fizz and his family have officially graduated from their Basic Obedience private lessons, and we couldn’t be more proud!

When Fizz first came to us, he struggled with crate anxiety that had him crying through the night, had a hard time coming when called—especially around safety concerns like off-leash dogs—and felt unsure when strangers entered his home.

Today, Fizz is a whole new pup! He comes when called, settles comfortably in his crate, and warms up to new people much faster and with confidence. Watching his progress has been such a joy.

Great work, Fizz and family! We’re so proud of the hard work you’ve all put in 🐶

These pups escaped the cold today by practicing all of their commands inside Home Depot!

Maya (16 day train), Chloe (6 day train), and Kevin (board and train) all worked on their heel command around distractions. They were working on closely passing people and objects in the store while maintaining a loose leash. They did great!

Maya, Koda, and Chloe went to One Loudoun today to practice their skills and walk in a heel. It was cold and windy, but they pushed through and did great! Outings like this help dogs build confidence, get exposure to new environments, and learn how to follow rules and boundaries in real-world settings. Proud of these pups for working hard today! 🐾

We just wrapped up an incredible few days in Tampa for our annual owner's conference, and we’re still feeling the energy! From powerful keynotes to hands-on workshops, this year’s conference was all about growth, connection, and leveling up as business owners.

💡 We reset our culture.
📈 We embraced new tech & AI.
🎭 We celebrated at our Masquerade Gala & Annual Awards.
🐾 And most importantly, we gave back.

The biggest highlight? Together, we raised over $2,500 for Suncoast Animal League—a no-kill rescue that’s changing lives through adoption, therapy dog programs, and critical medical care. ❤️

This event reminded us why we do what we do. The Dog Wizard is more than just a brand—it’s a family dedicated to making a difference. 🚀
