Meet the team! This is Haley – originally from Houston, Haley hails from a family of rescue animal lovers. Growing up, her house was home to several dogs and cats who appeared in the driveway, and one has become her current roommate, her black cat named Louie.

After graduating from Whitman College, Haley spent two years working in Walla Walla, WA, where she gained a reputation as a go-to pet sitter for friends and neighbors, before moving to Chapel Hill in June 2024 to begin graduate school at UNC-CH.

Haley enjoys checking out books at the Chapel Hill Library, seeing a show at Cat’s Cradle, or sweating it out in a hot yoga class.
