Greetings Hair of the Dog family,
For the past 14 years, Hair of the Dog has provided award-winning services to our loyal clients. From our original location at the Max’s Dog Wash facility to our current expanded location, the owners and employees have worked to ensure unvarying customer support and quality. Throughout that time, while our services have stayed consistent, so have our prices. In expanding the number of employees to meet the increased demand for services along with the physical space, tools and supplies required to support the business, we have had to look at and revise our current pricing structure.
As of 1/1/2022 services will be charged at an hourly rate to better reflect the time involved and work performed by our staff. The hourly rate is $75 for small dogs, $100 for medium dogs, and $125+ for large dogs.
We know that times are challenging and this may be difficult news for some clients. Be assured that this decision was made after years of consideration and consultation, and is a necessary step for the continuing well-being of our business.

The following shows average ranges for our grooming clients. Prices may also be affected by the condition of the coat, personality of the dog, and cut requested etc.
