This Shelter is not your typical shelter. This Shelter has the most amazing staff, Volunteers and Community. This Shelter truly gets to know each and every Visitor. Excited is an understatement with every adoption. It jumps up and down and even cries a little when watching a former Visitor take that ride home. This Shelter does a whole lot with very little. If you would like to know what special is, please come meet us during adoption hours.

Thyme is looking for that soft landing for sure. Today was the day he got his first heart worm shot. Pretty sure he is not liking this day anymore. BUT he WILL get better, we know it and somewhere he does too. He walks nicely on leash, loves to play, gets along with other dogs NOT cats but what a good boy he can be. HE JUST NEEDS YOU. The Shelter right now is not where he needs to be - he needs a quiet environment for sure and is looking for a Foster to Adopt home. The Shelter will continue his treatment and cover the cost too. Once you meet him in person, you will fall in love with him. Heck we all have. The Shelter opens tomorrow at 10am, his adoption fee is $120.00 cash only please

These boys are hoping the Village can help. They are looking for families who will invest some time, patience and a whole lot of lovin in them. Tank - who is our longest visitor - and Buss need families who will believe in them, teach them, love them and SEE them. They are playful, fun, funny, happy, energetic and wondering. Wondering if anyone anyone wants to help make their dreams come true. Tank at now close to a year old, still is a puppy a big puppy but a puppy at heart. He needs direction and consistency - he is such a goofball. Buss is a forever 2 yr old and he just might challenge you everyday BUT WHAT A REWARD IT WILL BE when he snuggles next you and lets out the really huge sigh - Tank too. If you have room in your heart and home and can see their potential, they would love to meet you. The Shelter opens tomorrow at 10am, adoption fees are cash only please and $120.00 ea. THANK YOU for sharing....

How can you resist those smiles?

When you look into those sad wondering eyes, all you want to do is smoosh his nose and tell him everything is gonna be ok. Oz was found running with Wally and he too is still on the shy side. Coming around as now he is feeling a bit better too - safe warm and fed -. Oz is believed to be an Australian Shepherd, a young adult and if not already he will be neutered as part of his adoption. While he does get along with Wally, we are still suggesting a meet and greet. Because of his shyness too, no children. Cats are unknown. He is handsome, will walk on a leash but needs someone who won't throw him away again. He has so much potential, he just needs you. His adoption fee is $120.00 cash only please.
