This Shelter is not your typical shelter. This Shelter has the most amazing staff, Volunteers and Community. This Shelter truly gets to know each and every Visitor. Excited is an understatement with every adoption. It jumps up and down and even cries a little when watching a former Visitor take that ride home. This Shelter does a whole lot with very little. If you would like to know what special is, please come meet us during adoption hours.

"I just wanted to give you an update on Jack. He is settling in well and loves his toys. He loves his walks and laying on the grass. He has made new doggie friends too!'

Our DugOut is back up for adoption - This handsome, exuberant young man - maybe 1 to 3yrs of age - does not know his size - he could be over 50lbs -. HE LOVES THE WATER so is a typical Black Lab but tall and lanky. He would love an active water loving family who will teach him manners and what life could really be like. DugOut will be neutered Thursday Aug. 22, is up to date on his vaccines and heart worm negative. Because of his size, we are suggesting no children under 16. His adoption fee is $120.00 cash only please.
