It's impossible to even find the words that capture the profound sadness felt lately by both Taylor Mountain Farm and the West Virginia breeders community in general. One more huge loss felt to the very core. John, you're very much missed 💔

Saturday showcased the premier night of West Virginia bred racing: Breeders Classics Night! Taylor Mountain stallions (both current and posthumous) added two more stakes winners and two stakes placings to the progeny roster, as well as an inductee into the inaugural West Virginia Bred Hall of Fame! Juba was strongly represented, with Juba's Notion (Jacky's Notion) and Hessica (Stefani's Surprise) scoring in the WV Vincent Moscarelli Memorial Breeders' Classic and the WV Cavada Breeders' Classic, respectively, while Juba's Parade (Mummers Parade) finished a very game second in the WV Triple Crown Nutrition Breeders' Classic! Charitable Man's Martin Man (Ellie Martin) also ran a very gutsy second in the Sam Huff WV Breeders' Classic.

Windsor Castle sired millionaire mare Down Town Allen (Like Down Town) was one of six outstanding and well-deserved inductees into the inaugural West Virginia Bred Hall of Fame.

Sincere congratulations are in order to the winning connections of the entire card, as well as the connections of the Hall of Fame inductees!
