We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 with you! Our calendar is officially open through July, so if you’re planning ahead for pet care, send us an email at [email protected] or reach out to us via Facebook Messenger. Dates fill up quickly—especially around holidays—so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible!

Here are some friendly updates and reminders for 2025:

📧 All Requests Must Be Emailed or Messaged
To help us respond quickly and efficiently, we kindly ask that all pet care requests be submitted via email, Facebook Messenger or through your Time to Pet Portal login. Text messages can easily get lost in the shuffle, but the options listed above ensures your request is seen and addressed by our team.

💰 Overnight Pet Care Retainer
A 50% retainer is now required at the time of booking to secure overnight care. Without this payment, your dates cannot be confirmed. If you booked an overnight service prior to this change, you’ll receive an invoice soon to finalize your reservation.

📋 Cancellation Policy
We’ll be following our cancellation policy closely this year. You can review the details anytime in your Time to Pet portal under “Agreements.” If you do not have a login (existing or new clients), please let us know and we’re happy to send it over via email for your review.

💻 Online Payments
We’re excited to now offer online payment options for your convenience! 🎉

•Current Clients: You should have received a welcome email to set up your account. Through this portal, you can also request services and update detailed care information about your pets.
•New Clients: You’ll receive your activation link after your meet & greet.

That’s a wrap on our 1st Annual Thanksgiving Meals and Toys Donation for Berkeley Animal Center!

Thanks to the incredible support of this community, we were able to deliver turkeys, green beans, carrots, pumpkin, treats, cleaning supplies, and toys to brighten the Thanksgiving holiday for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Our goal is to make this effort bigger and better each year, not only for the animals but also for the amazing staff and volunteers at BAC.

I’m so grateful for everyone’s contributions—this wouldn’t have been possible without you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

🎅🎄 We are less than 48 hours away from our biggest event of 2024!! 🎄🎅

The 6th Annual Goose Creek Holiday Festival is coming up THIS SATURDAY on 11/23/24! Featuring 100+ vendors scheduled to attend this year, this is our biggest event EVER!

The Holiday Festival will feature our normal GCFAM weekly Market Vendors joined by many other local artisans, crafters and small businesses. Santa will be onsite from 10a-12p and we will have live music performed by local legend Shane Clark! Join us to shop local for your holiday gifts! 🎄🎅🎁🎀

Thanksgiving Meal Donations for Berkeley Animal Center Update! 🦃🐾

I’m so thankful for this amazing community! Thanks to your generosity, we’ve come together to make this upcoming Thanksgiving extra special for the animals at Berkeley Animal Center with a special Thanksgiving meal! We’ve got turkeys, green beans, sweet potatoes and pumpkin.

We even had a little bit of leftover funds, so I used it to purchase some Thanksgiving-themed toys as an additional treat for the animals! 🎉

I’d LOVE to make sure every animal gets both a Thanksgiving meal and a toy! If you wanted to help with food donations but missed out, here’s one last chance to be part of this heartwarming project! 🧡
