Meet Rusty, also affectionately known as Rusty David, Rustyboy, or Rustilicious. No matter what you call him, Rusty always greets the world with a smile! Rusty was adopted by his family from the shelter in October, and they were eager to give him the best possible chance at a happy life. When he first arrived, Rusty’s energetic personality led him to bolt out the front door and run through the neighborhood. Additionally, he enjoyed pestering the family cat, causing the poor feline to retreat to the basement for safety.
Recognizing the need for structure, his family sought to address Rusty's behaviors and help him learn to coexist peacefully with his cat sister and three human siblings. During his two-week Board and Train program, Rusty flourished in an environment that emphasized structure, obedience, and positive reinforcement. Through dedicated training, we were able to teach Rusty how to live harmoniously with both his cat sibling and his human family members.
As a result, Rusty’s family now feels much more confident and comfortable in their home with their well-trained dog, knowing they have the tools to maintain a peaceful household. Congratulations Rusty!

Luna is a 7 month old Poodle/Saint Bernard and is an absolute wild child. Anytime someone would visit Luna would get extremely excitable and jump/chew all over the guests. Luna has knocked the grandkids down multiple times and her parents wanted to get those naughty behaviors under control before she grew any bigger!

Leo at only 5 months old is a real prodigy! 😂😍😍
Leo is a true WV brown dog who played by his own rules. Mom & Dad were at their wits end with being able to trust and control him.
Leo came to us around 8-10 weeks old to start puppy kindergarten classes and again at 5 months for our 2 Week Board & Train!

Teddy Bear and Cannoli have officially both finished their 2 Week Board and Train and are now both ready to take on the world!
Teddy Bear came to us earlier in the year but now it was his sister, Cannoli’s turn! This spunky puppy was Hell on wheels when we picked her up but quickly became of of the best little puppies that’s been through our program!

Burr is a 4 year old Doodle who struggled with anxiety. Anytime she felt overwhelmed she would hide or dart from her owners for hours at a time! One time she got loose, and they couldn't find her until the next day! She still has some puppy habits such as barking, jumping on guests, and getting into the trash can.
Her family wanted Burr to have the best opportunity at life and for her to be confident in any situation! Grammy is a 9 month old mixed breed who needed major help maintaining her puppy energy. Grammy's Mom is a first time dog owner and she was on her last nerve with her behaviors! Grammy would jump on all the guests, knock over the children, and harass the kittens in their home.

Benny was a wild child before coming to Camp FOL! His family was on edge and on their last wits with his behavior. Benny would jump on all of the guests, tackle his little human sister, and was an absolute maniac on the leash!

Tilly is a 2 Year Old GSD that is going to make a perfect companion for her Dad! Dad has been waiting for years to find the right dog to fit his needs and Tilly finally came into his life! He has had Tilly for about 2 months now and has done a fantastic job teaching her the basic commands, but they would struggle at times when distractions were present!
Dad knew that Tilly could do anything with the right training, but he did not know how to help her out in the real world! We were so excited to jump in and help Tilly thrive. Miss Molly has been on a long journey in her one year of life! Mom and Dad rescued her a few months ago and had a very hard time acclimating her to her new lifestyle. Molly was extremely weary of men and had a hard time trusting anyone. She was known to dart at any given opportunity and often tried to jump the fence of her home. Molly did not like strangers, especially those who tried to visit her home. Mom and Dad wanted Molly to have the best life possible and be able to enjoy doing the things dogs love to do!
During Molly's Two Week Board and Train we gave her the confidence she needed to take on basic obstacles in life. We gave her the skills, tools, and obedience to have Molly be manageable in her parents' lifestyle! Louis and Winston completed their Two Week Board and Train with flying colors!
Louis is only 1 year old and still has lots of bad puppy habits such as jumping, pulling on leash, and struggled maintaining his energy. His mom owns a law firm and would love to bring Louis to the office more often, but he was a handful in front of clients.
Winston is 4 years old and has been trained in the past but he was still ornery at times. He would bolt out the front door and make his family chase him around the neighborhood. Winston has also gained an attitude towards Louis and would snap if he came too close to him.
Louis & Winston both had so much fun during their stay with us during their Two Week Board and Train! We showed them both how to be successful in any situation and Winston has no issues with Louis anymore! Now they are going to be the perfect assistants in Mom's law firm! Congratulations Boys!
