We're easy to find and easy to get to. You'll find us at the intersection of the Crosstown (US 17), Rutledge Ave and Line St. Simply take Rutledge Ave in front of the building, turn left onto Line St and turn left into the first driveway where you'll find a large private parking lot. It's quite possibly the easiest address to get to in downtown. Tara caring for long term patient, Clover! 🍀

Clover’s been a patient of CHV, and seeing Tara since first moved to Charleston in 2019. Clover already had a few pre-existing health conditions, and in the end of 2019, she was also diagnosed with megaesophagus. While it managed well for the first year, it progressed to Clover needing a feeding tube. During these last 4+ years Clovers parents needed a little extra help and Tara has created a special bond with this lovely girl. “We are so grateful for the support that Dr. Kahuda, Tara, and the team at CHV have shown over the years and know they have Clover’s best interest at heart”- Kristen, Clover’s mom. 💙
