MDI team wrapped up service & repairs last week on this pair of older mechanical D2840LE 820hp engines aboard DOUGH BOY. 1986 60ft JIm Smith.

Engines received new turbochargers, isolator engine mounts, shaft alignments, and inner coolers cleaned along with other maintenance items.

Big thanks to Galen & Kevin with helping us troubleshoot an issue with the starboard engine fuel injection pump. You guys are the best!

Team members & were up in Georgetown, SC today taking care of some of our customers.
They performed 250hr/yearly services on the engines, gears & generators aboard the 62' Viking GENUINE RISK. She is powered with CAT C32a's rated at 1900hp and (2) 23kw Onan gensets.

Also, WILD HARE powered with CAT 3116TA's rated 350hp received post overhaul 500hr valve lash & injector timing adjustments.
