Click your heels three times and say it with us: There’s no place like home! 🏡💛 Our very own Toto, a 9-year-old small pup with a heart as big as the Emerald City, is searching for his forever home!

Toto may not have traveled by tornado, but he has been on quite the journey—one that’s led him straight to Pet Helpers, where he’s hoping to find his very own Dorothy (or Toto-loving family) to take him home. 🥹

With a little salt-and-pepper wisdom, a whole lot of love, and a personality as charming as a yellow brick road adventure, this senior sweetheart is ready to be the loyal companion you’ve been dreaming of.

✨ Loves: Cozy naps, gentle strolls, and curling up next to his favorite humans.
✨ Seeks: A loving home where he can click his paws together and say, I’m home!

Adopting Toto means giving this little pup the happy-ever-after he deserves. So, what do you say? Are you ready to follow the yellow brick road… right to Pet Helpers? 🚶‍♂️🐾

Yes, tea tree oil can be toxic to dogs.
Tea tree oil is an essential oil that is extracted from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia tree. While it is often used as a natural antiseptic and antifungal agent, it can be harmful to dogs if ingested, inhaled, or applied directly to their skin.
Toxicity:
Ingestion: Even small amounts of tea tree oil can be toxic to dogs. Symptoms may include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, seizures, and coma.
Inhalation: Tea tree oil vapors can irritate a dog's respiratory system, causing coughing, wheezing, and difficulty breathing.
Skin contact: Applying tea tree oil directly to a dog's skin can cause irritation, redness, swelling, and even burns.
Prevention:
Never use tea tree oil on or around your dog without consulting a veterinarian first.
Keep tea tree oil products out of reach of dogs.
If you suspect your dog has ingested or inhaled tea tree oil, contact a veterinarian immediately.
Note: Some commercially available products contain small amounts of tea tree oil that are considered safe for dogs when used as directed. However, it is always best to consult with a veterinarian before using any product that contains tea tree oil on your dog.
