When we meet for the first time, there will be a thorough interview so we may get to know you and your pet. We will ask about your expectations regarding feeding, medications, veterinary information, outdoor time, and other essential care information. What you can expect while your pet is in our care:

Closely following your directives as well as any notes you may leave
Leaving hand written notes

with a recap of the visit(s) for you
While you are away, we will adjust blinds, water plants, collect mail to make it appear as though you are home
PICTURE TEXT! It’s hard to be away from your friend. At your request, we can send a daily picture of your companion to your phone
Making every effort to maintain your pet's daily routine
Bringing to your attention any unforeseen matters that may arise
