One of the saddest parts of this job is hearing that one of the pups you worked with has gone to rainbow bridge.

You also know you’ve been doing it a long time when some of your clients come to you with their second and third dogs.

Some of you might remember this sweet boy Shafer - he had a rocky start in life but with wonderful humans and all the right training he became a wonderful companion.

Sweet Shafer you touched my heart and you will be so missed by Joyce and Bernie your devoted humans.

I am so happy to have been a part of your journey. 💙

So we landed in Cleveland, Ohio on the coldest day of the year so far and were greeted with festive snow.

That set the scene for some awesome train the trainer work with Kate's Harmony Hounds, LLC

So we bundled up and set to work outside with some of Kate’s boarders.

For me the fun part was working with sweet Penny - Kate’s beautiful Red Bone c**n hound. Watching Penny progress through my training program was such a privilege and as she had a great foundation already the results were quick to see.

Can’t say I missed the weather but watch this space Ohio people - Kate and I will keep you posted!

YES!!! Sums up everything I talk about in my puppy consults.

If you have a pup please read this - it will take you far. Socialization is not just playing with other dogs it’s life skills and setting your dog up for success. Gaining coping skills and becoming a balanced dog through layers of exposure.

Keep an eye on our social media as there will be a new group class starting in January and yes will be hitting all areas of socialization. 🤗
