At no point should training your dog ever end. Josey Lynn is 8 years old this week and we still work her obedience. Today we took her and Wrath to the walking bridge in Jeffersonville area and decided it would be a good opportunity to work off Lead. A crowd of people stopped to watch her and she was able to purely focus on Adam and disregarded the audience. Training a dog never ends. 🐾❤️

These 2 are siblings and I wish I had a video of them walking together (or attempting to walk together) when we first started. This is definitely night and day from our walks back on Saturday 🙌❤️🐾

Denver got water time after his training session tonight 💕

GSD 9 month old Tanner working his obedience tonight. When he came to us 4 weeks ago he had zero leash manners. When I tell you that he is strong as an Ox, that is not an exaggeration. That lake water can come up real quick when you are being drug down the yard 😬🤣 As you can see, his leash manners have improved SO MUCH 💕 We are so proud of this pup! 👏

For those of you that don't know, Ethan was in a motorcycle wreck 10 days ago. So he has not been able to help walk dogs or play with them. His right shoulder took the impact and broke his clavicle. We find out next Thursday if it is healing properly and how long he is off work at K9K. This is a video of Tanner getting to meet Ethan for the first time this evening. Normally, they would have become quick buddies for his daily playtime but we simply cannot risk Ethan's recovery. On a plus side, Tanner is finally able to chill out enough to sit and get his lovins without hurting Ethan. However, he is on lead so he knows I control him and his collar. Consistency is key with training. Also, these high energy dogs NEED ample time to play and exercise to release energy. A bored dog can become a destructive dog.

The 15 week old pup surrendered last night bonded with Adam right away!

Someone got a pup cup at Culvers!! She waited to patiently for it too. Thank goodness our backseat and floor are covered with a huge blanket because she loved it! 😁

Roles reversed today at playtime and Luther was doing all the chasing! These 2 have became fast friends 🥰

One of them has way more energy and speed for the other 😅😍 Ziggy the black mix is wearing out Luther the GSD for bedtime for us Both such good pups! 🥰

This may look simple to most but this 1 task completed by Lucy today was the BEST! 👏 She has always struggled with the down command and she conquered it in tonight's class! Way to go Lucy and Mom!

Way to work it ladies! Remi, Vixen and Luka did wonderful with their humans tonight!

This sweet boy, Blake, struggles with being around other dogs. This video is from his 4th private lesson of training with Adam. Slowly Adam introduced our 4 legged employee to Blake and mom. At first, he was NOT a fan! Growled Jumped at Josey Lynn Scared mom a tad Josey did not react to him at all But you can tell over the course of this lesson how the class ended. On a good note! Great job Blake and mom! 👏
