Tommy went home yesterday. Master John was able to implement all the commands with no problems and Tillie is sharp as a tack, a very fast learner. Tommy and Tillie will spend a respit at their 2nd property in Ashville, NC before heading back to home in Tampa, Florida. What a gorgeous view! Nice & cool up there! 🤗❤️.  congratulations on passing, basic obedience, school! And thank you so much for your business John add to the Mckee family for your repeat business! ❤️❤️❤️

Tommy did awesome today! He’s getting a lot of confidence and was jumping so well that I increased the level on this platform and he did it with ease almost all day today until the end of the day I think he’s a bit tired out.

Tommy is getting more comfortable on the platform Snd starting to jump onto it which makes me think I should be able to add more height tomorrow! 🤞 😁

Yay! Tommy learned up & off to day with the goal in mind of eventually getting Tommy to be able to jump into his master’s truck! We got up to about 1 foot and tried subsequent higher platforms but we had to lower it. He’s not ready to leap onto it just yet. The platform I made is essentially like Jenga or a log cabin stack underneath.

Tommy got vaccinated and learned “up” today! We’ll continue to build on up and learn ”off” tomorrow. 🤗

From yesterday. The 1st video failed to upload. 🤗. Tommy is such a good boy!! He’s so quiet in the crate. The key is to NOT cater to them when they bark or whine. If you have a whiny puppy, when they do quiet down, wait a minute or longer, then you reward them, tell them “quiet”, good boy, and give them a treat. Eventually, after several repetitions of this occurring, they start to get the idea that they get rewarded when they’re quiet. 

Great day for Tommy! Reinforcing what he’s learned. Found out he’s scared of big black trucks. (Scared might be an exaggeration) but intimidated. 😂🤗

We continue to rehearse everything, I’m slowly increasing his distraction during the daytime working on trainnng outside. We focused on the door jingles too. Right now he understands what “touch” means for the jingles, and he’s touching the jingles and making them make slight noise. That’s about as far as he is right now on that. We also worked on “come” today. He totally gets it. I’m glad to report that he has had no accidents the last three days in his crate, or in the house whatsoever! He’s pretty much peeing & pooping on command outside. He gets it! 😁😁😁

Tommy did awesome today! We practiced the commands without vocalizing the commands, with gestures only. He got it! A special trip to the pet store today to pick up some door jingles for training. No accidents in the house today 🎉🎉🎉

I worked on “leave it” (no & ok) today. No accidents at all in playpen, house today nor in the crate last night! 🎉🎉. Dont mind the bruising on my face. I am DEFINITELY not abused. I had surgery done which caused bruising on a lot of my gave that should go away within 2 weeks! 😜🤗😁

I will usually send out daily end of video updates but because I recently had surgery on my face, I chose not to post those publicly. Today I look better so here you go. Fast forward several days of training and Tommy has learned: Sit, Stay, Down, Stay Down, and is learning Down without the use of a lure. Not an easy task but he’s getting it. Tomorrow he’ll be a pro!He also had his 1st night with a clean crate and is finally starting to get the hang of house training but still a ways to go. 🎉🎉🎉. Way to go Tommy!
