Located in the heart of East Ballantyne(Charlotte, NC 28277), for 6 years our rattery has selectively and ethically bred for rats that have some of the best pet temperaments. Our prices are dependent on lineage/line(the longer a line has been worked with the higher the cost) and price can then go up slightly depending on coat color, coat type and ear type. We do offer deals when buying 3+ ratties!

Our prices are chosen to reflect time spent, money spent and care of our rats. We health test regularly and have been cleared of SDAV and RBF(Rat Bite Fever). Health testing is very expensive as is the upkeep of our rats. We give them the best of the best and put a lot of time into maintaining healthy lines and happy rats and our pricing reflects that! For the health, safety and overall wellbeing of our rats we ONLY adopt out in groups of 2 or greater. This means AT LEAST 2 or more rats must be adopted out at any 1 given time REGARDLESS of existing rats in the home or previous adoptions with us. A non-refundable deposit of half the total cost is due to hold any rats. By placing a deposit you agree to our terms, conditions and policies. By placing a deposit we guarantee the chosen rats and this ensures you a time slot for pickup. These include any statements made above as well as the following:
Any deposit is non-refundable unless I, the seller, have to cancel our appointment OR the rats are deemed to not be adoptable due to illness, injury or other health matters; whether that be genetic or disease related. If any of those occur, you are THEN subject to a refund for the full amount of deposit placed if you so choose. Anyone who schedules a pickup but then is a no-show automatically forfeits their rats and deposit. Please understand that once you place a deposit on any rats I am then telling others they are unavailable; thus forcing the rats to miss out on a potential home. I am very flexible and understanding of people and their various situations, so please reach out with any questions of concerns you may have. If for any reason you find yourself having to get rid of your rats they MUST come back to the rattery. This is non-negotiable and extremely important. No refund will be issued.
