So we've talked about how our CSR heroes help over the phone and with scheduling, but what about when clients and patients walk through the clinic door? They are always there to greet our clients and patients with a smile. This seems obvious, right? You always want the person at the front desk at an office to greet you with a smile. What sometimes we forget to think about is that they may have just had a tough phone call or had to take a moment before coming back to the desk because a patient they love has passed. Our front desk crew is bonded to our clients and patients much like our medical team is. They sometimes see and talk with our clients and patients more often when considering phone calls, medication pickups, etc. When your pet regularly comes in for treatments and then suddenly doesn't, they notice. When your pet starts coming in for nail trims and is terrified, but with each visit becomes more and more confident prancing in through the door, they notice. They will celebrate with you and they will cry with you, they will always have a smile for you. From the moment you walk through our doors, they will make sure our team has everything they need to take the best care of you and your pets. Your dog doesn't do well in a room with windows? No problem, they've already taken the time to note it in their chart for next time. Your cat prefers to come in the lobby when it's empty of dogs? No problem, they remember that from last time, just give them a call when you arrive and they'll make sure the coast is clear. We are so grateful to have such caring team members, they're simply the best!
