🇮🇹 Lucilla, our second Roman to leave the empire! (Her sister, and the final Roman, is with our partners at the Pet Supermarket - Concord and we’d really love you to stop by see her, and adopt her!)
😻 Piper, a temporary fostering situation into a foster fail. Now at home happily with Luc & Lucien, other WKs.
🌊 Sandcastle, the first of the Beach Babies to get out of here, our girl Sandy found her way right on to the lap of her new adopter in no time
🌊 Seashell, our sassy little “CiCi” went off chirping up a storm, finalizing an adoption from a WK Event
🧛‍♀️ Alice, the third of the Twilight liter, who as it turns out proved — three is better than one! A foster fail completes this trio, all foster fails.
📚 Mr. Bingley, the first Pride & Prejudice boy to start his furever — and his family came back to be volunteers too!
🎤 Bejeweled & Gorgeous, these Swifties will stay sparklin’ together furver

Today is recognized in the animal community as the National Pet Memorial Day. On a daily basis, Windsor Kittens takes pride in its life-saving work, and dedicates our 97% survival rate to the tireless devotion and commitment of our foster families, vet team and partners who notice every snotty nose, runny butt or meal refusal.

Our goal is to save them all, but we know sometimes, we can’t. So in those moments, we hope we did right by them — we promise to learn from them and to do better because of them.

Today, we honor those we’ve lost this year:
-Barkley
-Joy
-Opal (Olympia)
-Candy Cane (Bentley)
-Gingersnap (Louise)

We wrap their fosters and adopters in love, and wish they find peace in knowing they gave their babies the good life.

😻 Kitten Camp Alert! Our sweet girl Apollonia (Princess, for fun) is participating in Kitten Camp this week with our friends at - Concord.

Head on over during open hours and give this girl some love — and if you’re really lucky, a furever home.

Apollonia joined us from Forsyth County Animal Shelter last week. She’s five months, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated. Exposure to cats and young kids. She’s a good sport with all, exhibit A is her getting ready for spooky season, compliments of 5yo Florence. 👻

😻 Sweet and handsome Chester is doing kitten camp with our partners at Pet Supermarket - Concord this weekend!

🚗 Pop by during open hours and say hi to him! It’s a great chance to meet our babies on your schedule and without the need to put in an application first.

Chester is about 5 months, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and comfortable with cats and dogs. He’s a total love bug!
