We are still actively looking for a part time helper to work weekends! This person will need to be able to move horses in and out from pastures, clean stalls, feed/give medicines and any other barn/horse care needs we may have. This person must be able to work unsupervised, have their own form of transportation and be willing to take a background check. Preferably, we would like someone who is over 18. We need help primarily every weekend with a few weekday fill-ins as needed.

With a heavy heart we have to let everyone know that Max passed away this morning. We have had the pleasure of being his owners since September of 2014 and he has blessed us and every person who has met him. He truly was a once in a lifetime horse we will never forget!

If you have any photos of Max in his many years with us please feel free to share them in the comments. We would love to see all the many families and children he has touched with his kind soul. Like the show name we gave him, he was truly “one in a million”.

First show of the 2024 show season at Sedgefield at the Park was a ton of fun. The weather was all over the place but we all had a wonderful time and the photos came out beautiful ❤️

Defne and Wildwynn Jets Reign won their hunter on the flat and had some tri colored ribbons over all. Great first trip out together and Defne’s only second show ever showing in crossrails.

Emma and Benjamin Moore and Stephanie and Gately’s Dun Dreaming both moved up to long stirrup this show and put down some really great trips with tri colored ribbons. Super impressed with how polished both riders were and their amazing horses!

Landry and Abercrombie looked amazing in long stirrup with lots of blues and tri colored ribbons. They also received 5th out of a big Mini Derby on her very first Derby ever!

We are so proud of all 4 riders and the huge amount of growth and improvement they have had this winter!

Looking forward to the rest of the 2024 show season!

End of 2023 horse show photo drop. I’m so incredibly proud of team PEC this year. LOTS of growth in both riders and horses and LOTS of ribbons to show for all the hard work. I’m super proud of everyone and wishing the best of luck to the 2024 show season.

Second fall show complete and everyone had a fantastic weekend!
Very impressive ribbons for these three ladies with two of them showing at their debut show with their horses. We are super proud and can’t wait to see your accomplishments in the upcoming months.

We had a fantastic start to the fall shows in Camden this past weekend.
 Landry and Abercrombie had their debut show together showing short stirrup, receiving multicolored ribbons in a group of very skilled riders. Emma’s first show ever was on Benjamin Moore in crossrails. She also received multicolored ribbons in a huge crossrail division. Defne and Cortina showed in both walk/trot and walk/trot poles receiving both a champion and a reserve champion award. Super proud of these three ladies and all the hard work they have put into getting ready for this show. Can’t wait to see what the next few shows bring for them.

We had a great time at the TR&HC's Horse and Hound Show. All riders took home top ribbons in both walk trot and crossrails. Super proud at how well these 4 young ladies rode and blessed to have these 4 amazing ponies.

Super proud of this two ladies after a great weekend showing at Highfields Event Center. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful weekend. Zoe and Stellar Irons received reserve champion in their debut weekend showing together. Claire and Coco Pernicus received champion in her first weekend showing in walk/trot/canter. Congratulations ladies!

We are super proud of Madelyn Meacham and Wildwynn Jets Reign on 10th place out of 31 riders in the mini Morris Derby. First ever derby and just moved up to short stirrup last month!

We are so thankful and blessed for all the interest from new riders! However, our lesson program is currently full and with the limited time in the day and weather conditions we will not be adding anyone new until at least spring. Congratulations to Emily & Aimee’s riders who competed at the Harmon Classics Holiday Classic last weekend! This show was held in TIEC’s new indoor complex and it was the first experience our riders and some of our horses have had with competing indoors. It was super exciting and extra fun to be at TIEC to enjoy Winterfest at the same time.

Hobbs and Amelia- won the LS under saddle with good ribbons in the over fences and Eq!

Madelyn and Reign- won 3 champions and one reserve in crossrails. What a way to start the 2022 season!

Mac and Briley- Reserve Champ in the LS Hunter division for the weekend- keeping their continuous record of Tri-Colors going - every show together so far!

Landry and Balto- first time showing in the indoor and brought home champion and reserve in walk/trot.

Breezy- Breezy’s first time in an indoor EVER. She handled it like a champ! Breezy with second in both Pre Green over fences with Emily on Friday and continued with solid ribbons in the LS with Maggie Saturday and Sunday! They had a gorgeous round in the coliseum on Saturday for a 2nd out of 12 over fences. They are a pair to beat this year!!

Alexa and Bam bam- brought home champion in walk/trot/canter both days and moved up to crossrails on Sunday. Wonderful job at only her 3 show ever!

Super proud of all our students and the wonderful show season they had this year! Thank you to the families and horse owners who make this all possible. We are so thankful for the awesome barn family we have!

Congratulations to the PEC show team! We had a wonderful last show of the season at Camden’s hunter jumper series. Almost all of our riders taking home year end awards and weekend championships.
Madelyn and Wildwynn Jets Reign took home Champion in crossrails along with second and fourth for the year end award in crossrails hunter and equitation.

Alison and Good Golly had a good weekend and also took home a year end awards. She received a third in walk/trot and a fourth in walk/trot poles for the year end award.

Zoe and Coco Pernicus had a wonderful season moving up from walk/trot to crossrails. They had great ribbons this weekend with a very big group of crossrail riders.

Landry and Where’s Balto had a wonderful weekend at only their third show competing, bringing home champion in walk/trot poles.

Jennifer rode both Maximilian and Playdate this weekend and also received great ribbons along with a eight place ribbon for the year in walk/trot.

We are very proud of all these riders and the great accomplishments they have made this season! way to go ladies and PEC horses.

I’m very late posting this one but still wanted to take time to share photos from Labor Day weekend showing at TIEC’s Harmon classic horse show. This horse show was absolutely huge with around 50 riders in each division. All five riders placed really well with great ribbons.

PEC was happy to partner again this year with Palisades Episcopal School and Michelle In The Middle in hosting an Athena’s Path leadership camp. Athena’s Path and Warriors Pursuit seek to grow leadership skills in middle schoolers and we are thrilled to work with this awesome organization! 9 middle school girls experienced this week how horses make us better leaders and teach us about ourselves.
