🚨 URGENT: FOSTERS NEEDED ❗️

These dogs didn’t ask to be born on a farm with 20 chained-up dogs where they wouldn’t receive loving care. They didn’t deserve this. 💔 But YOU can change their future.

We need fosters so we can save these sweet, deserving pups—and others like them. They need a safe, loving home where they can learn what it means to just be a dog—to feel love, safety, and kindness for the first time.

Our friends at are hosting an event with multiple local vendors this Sunday, March 9th from 1-4 PM at Lemonade Boutique, 19826 N Cove Rd Ste B, Cornelius, NC 28031. Shoppers will receive 10% off and there will be a raffle for a prize basket with goodies from local businesses! Feel free to bring your furry friends, and meet some Yellow Brick Road adoptable pups!

From a litter in rural NC to big city living in Charlotte NC, these pups were 8 weeks old when we took them in. Now 4 months later, and look at them! They are all adopted and living their best lives… the life any dog deserves! These Yellow Brick Road Dog Rescue alumni have a new lease on life thanks to our fosters and the wonderful families who adopted them!

We are devastated to tell you that our sweet little Ivy passed away last night.

She fought the hard fight for as long as she could but Parvo took such a toll on her frail body. Even though we knew her for a short time, we loved her like we knew her forever. She will never be forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who read, shared her story and donated toward her care. She was worth it and we feel lucky to have been part of her life.

Thank you to everyone at who gave Ivy such incredible care and allowed us to be with her around the clock so she knew she was loved and not alone.

Ivy’s light shined brightly and in her memory we ask that you shine your light on someone who needs a little extra love today.

Sweet, innocent Ivy is fighting for her life, and she desperately needs your help to raise $6,000.

This precious little dog, found abandoned and alone on the side of the highway, is critically ill with Parvo. Skinny, covered in ticks, and clearly neglected, Ivy didn’t deserve this. A simple $10 vaccination could have prevented this suffering.
Our veterinarian has given us hope, but it comes at a cost. Ivy needs around-the-clock care in the hospital to survive. Without it, she won’t make it.

Please, open your heart and your wallet to save Ivy’s life. Show her that the world isn’t as cruel as she’s experienced so far. Ivy’s life is worth saving.

🚨🆘 URGENT HELP NEEDED 🆘🚨This is Ivy. She came to us after being found on the side of the highway. Despite this, she came with energy and excitement as we have been working to find her the home she deserves forever.  What we didn't know, is that Ivy has parvo. She has become CRITICALLY ILL and is fighting for her life. Her vet bills are currently estimated to be atleast $6,000. We URGENTLY need the funds to pay for her treatment and beg that you consider donating so we can get her on her road to recovery.

Hey there, world! I’m Eve, and at about 5 months old and 28 pounds, I’m the perfect-sized adventure buddy! My vet says I’m going to be a medium-sized pup when I grow up, which means there’s plenty of room for me to grow into being your best friend.

I’m a big fan of exploring – my foster family took me to a dog park recently, and it was the BEST! I got to sniff all the things and make some new furry pals while my humans chatted.
