Double N Kennels Double N Kennels is a dog boarding facility located on a beautiful 10 acre horse farm. Dogs are housed indoors in heated/air conditioned buildings. Thank you.

Double N Kennels has been boarding rescue dogs and personal dogs for over 10 years. We are a full service facility offering pick up from shelter, vetting, boarding, photos taken of dogs, temperament assessment and we work in conjunction with several transport companies to get the rescue dogs delivered across the United States. We have quarantine area for fresh dogs just out of the shelter. We can

also house dogs longterm who are undergoing heartworm treatment. We have a vet on standby who visits our facility at least once a week to help with any vetting cases. All dogs are taken to the Charlotte Spay/Neuter clinic for their regular vetting needs (ie. spay, neuter, rabies, hw test, microchip, health certificates, etc)

We take pictures of all our residents and forward to their rescues so hopefully making it easier for the rescues to get them listed on Petfinder, etc and get them adopted out quicker. Owners live onsite and manage the property 24/7. We are trying to make a difference in the rescue world... one doggie at a time!!!!! Feel free to message us with any questions. Nicole

Our Story

Double N Kennels has been boarding dogs for over 8 years. We cater to personally owned dogs as well as rescue/shelter dogs. We are a full service facility offering pick up from shelter, vetting, boarding, photos taken of dogs, temperament assessment and we work in conjunction with several transport companies to get the dogs delivered across the United States. Dogs are housed in a few different situations, We have indoor and outdoor boarding depending on the dog and its needs. We have quarantine area for fresh dogs just out of the shelter. We also have separate areas for boarding litters of puppies. We can also house dogs longterm who are undergoing heartworm treatment. We have a vet on standby who visits our facility at least once a week to help with any vetting cases. All dogs are taken to Gaston Low Cost Spay Neuter clinic and/or Stand For Animals clinic for their regular vetting needs (ie. spay, neuter, rabies, hw test, microchip, health certificates, etc) We take pictures of all our residents and forward to their rescues so hopefully making it easier for the rescues to get them listed on Petfinder, etc and get them adopted out quicker. Owners and staff live onsite and manage the property 24/7. Boarding rates for rescues are $10.00 per day per dog.
